Ordered a pizza online for delivery, after an hour and a half i called because i hadnt gotten my pizza and was told they only had 1 delivery driver. Should be stated on their website instead of making customers wait longer than they should. Still had to pay full price.

Ordered 2 pizzas and an order of Bacon loaded tots, sent my husband to the store to pick it up. He comes home and the pizzas were great- however the tots were beyond soggy and had no bacon on them. Mistakes happen- I called the store and had them remake it. My husband was nice enough to drive back again for me just to get burnt tots still with no bacon… they then corrected the mistake for a 3rd time at the store by warming up some bacon on tinfoil and threw it on while my husband waited… not the best service for sure

Order a pizza and after 2 hours it still didn’t arrive. The tracker said it was delivered and showed the driver on the road. Tried calling the store twice and was hung up on both times after being on hold for 5 minutes without even talking to anyone. When someone finally did answer they told me there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak to the shift manager for a refund I was told “The store is too crazy right now and they can’t come to the phone”. Only after I said I will come down there to speak to the manager directly about getting a refund was it said I could get a refund for the food that never arrived. Definitely not ordering from Domino’s for awhile and never from this store again.

My orders have repeatedly been delivered wrong via app ordering (3 times). I called the store this time, asked to use the $23.99 coupon for 2 med 3 topping pizzas, cheesy bread and a 2 liter soda because the app was having issues. I got charged around 40 bucks bc the guy over the phone added 6.99 bread twists to my order!!!!

We ordered two pizzas. They sent us the wrong order. It had jalapeños on it so couldn’t even make due. When we called back to tell them they gave us the wrong order; they actually tried to just convince us to get a credit instead of making our order right. Tonight we decided to order pizza after a late night at work. We went for the carry out meal deal, pine valley location. Upon arriving there was one young lady inside and she was totally crushing it. And I don’t mean she outshined her other coworkers- she was the other coworkers. She was the ONLY person in the store. While waiting on our food a delivery driver came in with SIX BAGS, dropped them and collected the next SIX bags that our solo kitchen champion had ready and waiting. I’m pretty sure these 2 kids were alone all dang night, AND it was *super* busy. I know the girl said she was working OPEN TO CLOSE on top of being alone and busy! This is amazing dedication from 2 stellar employees who deserve to be treated like humans. I’m disgusted by dominoes for staffing one employee alone, a young female at that. I plan to call corporate to complain about this massive safety violation as well as the unfairness and irresponsibility of trying to forve one person to run a whole dominoes ALONE at the onset of season in a tourist town. Not to forget this was a young woman and every other business closes hours prior to this occurrence. All 5 of the stars belong to the employees, not the corporate assailed putting them at risk.
