I understand that places are short staffed and still feeling the backlash of Covid and layoffs, but this branch got their last dime from me. Ordered a simple single pizza and chose delivery because I was busy and couldn’t leave the house at that time. Ordered at exactly 12:00 when I hit the submit button. 3:11 I’m still waiting with no indication of how much longer it will be. “Driver is in your neighborhood” for 2 hours at that point. I’ve given the benefit of doubt to them before on 3 separate occasions for the same issue, but this is just plain sad. If you can’t deliver, at least call and let someone know so theyre not waiting for a paid meal that won’t ever come. Had them come before in different shapes from cold to swimming in sauce like a soupy mess(picture). It’s ridiculous. I held out hope for them because of the location and the fact that they’re doing their best for whoever is actually showing up to work, but I’m fed up with the incoordination. They let me down more than once, but this was the last straw.

They don’t answer the phone when you try to call. While calling they will pick it up then quickly place it back on hold. They have fudged the online tracker to show food as being delivered when it’s never left the store numerous times so their delivery time appears low but it’s a complete lie. After watching the tracker say prepping for an hour I just want to cancel the order but I can’t because no one will answer the phone after being repeated put on hold for 20 minutes. If it wasn’t one of 3 places in Burgaw that (sometimes) delivered it would be out of business.

You utilize the tracker feature and your order is quality checked for 45 minutes. You call to ask the status of your order, you are on the second round out (after the 45 minutes).The drivers just left with the first round deliveries. So at least 45 more minutes, to be delivered. Do you think we could get a discount on the order? No, you will have to wait like everyone else. Great customer service!

I contacted corporate to attempt to get this location back on track, I encourage everyone to do the same. I just moved to the area and this is not how things should be ran, I worked at dominos in a small town and this isn’t even close to the standard of how things should be handled. Can’t get through to call, get hung up on, rude when you do get through. 2 hour wait times during non peak hours, inconsistent food. Dominos typically is great, but this location needs serious work.
