Ordered a pizza and wings .. they never delivered and took $40 dollars.. really disappointed. We just moved and have zero in our fridge and thought y’all were reliable. I’m hoping to get my money back. We have waited for an hour and a half and we’ve received NOTHING!!! Y’all have to do better with communicating with customers. Guess we aren’t eating tonight. I hope y’all can resolve this problem when I come to your Oak Island store tomorrow. Picture reflects what was never delivered

If I could leave 0 zeros, I would. After placing an order around 5pm the estimated time of delivery was 47-65 minutes. I understand that this is estimated but after nearly two hours I called and not only did the person that answer acted like I was bothering them he then went on to say it would be another 30 minutes. Over an hour later I called back and was put on hold for 17 minutes. After that complete waste of time I was told it would be another two hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Get this trash restaurant off of this island with so many other great options.

Ordered our pizza at 8:10pm on Saturday night, july1. Finally at 12:10AM it was delivered. I had already gone to bed. My kids scrounged up the $23 for the pizza, but no $ for a tip. Soon after hearing the driver speed away from our house, I start getting phone calls from a local cell number and no one speaks when I say hello. I got 10 calls from this person and then turned my phone off. I’m sure he was mad about not getting a tip, but FOUR HOURS is a LONG time to wait on a pizza. My kids said it was cold and looked hard and disgusting.

They forgot our tater tots, no big deal right? No, they can’t just refund that part of my order. They can only refund the whole order, which I didn’t ask for, or they can give me a credit on my account or deliver the missing item, which now will be spit in bc I raised a fuss. Ordered online and paid online. I never received the 8 extra sauces that I paid for. Also I built my own pizza online and added extra sauce. Not only did I not get the extra sauce but there wasn’t hardly any on the pizza. I have to admit that this location doesn’t normally do this. I’m not giving up on them but man.

If I could give zero star I would..i orde my pizzas yesterday 1 large pepperoni 1 large Hula 1 small chesse. Order online about 7:00pm the app told me about 7:30pm that it would take 5 to 10 minutes so i headed to the store just to sit there till 9:10pm to get my order…very unorganized all kids just gossiping management don’t tell them nothing even seen a kid take a few smokes of a E-CIG that was the kid taking the pizzas out the oven and into the boxes…him and the other kid where just eating on there station like they didn’t have a care in the world for anyone’s orders….never again will I order pizza from tge place again.

I suppose 2.5 stars would be what I rate my experience today. Pizza was pretty good as ordered, but the cookie brownies tasted expired/undercooked. Management did not seem to take much interest in my complaint.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We are locals here and have been treated with the worst customer service ever THREE TIMES. Ordered a pizza about an hour and 45 mins before close and never received it. Tried to call up there but I was answered by a worker saying “You are not getting your pizza”. Then proceeded to charge us AGAIN. Will never eat here ever ever again!
