So my son loves him some pizza so we order from here a lot. Well I placed an order for him and myself but I went to sleep so I didn’t check to see if I had everything and of course my teen only cared about the pizza. This afternoon when I finally went to eat my food I noticed that one of my items was missing. So I called and explained that I was missing an item and Michael (the person I spoke with) was so nice and friendly, he made everything right and I couldn’t be happier with there customer service.

To start off the employees of this store are rude! My roommate ordered food before i did and her food was burnt! She called and made a complaint and they sent her new food out. My fiancé and I ordered food and our cheese dip was burnt so bad it was burnt to the bottom. It’s chunky and full of grease. We called to make a complaint as well but because my roommate previously made a complaint they wouldn’t do anything for us. Said the food was made to their “standards”. If you call this your standards than you need to go back to training. I have never seen food come out of a restaurant this bad. They only had the thought of us trying to get free food. We only called to let them know they need to do better! Not one but two completely different orders come out burnt.

When we called to mention this being an issue… the first manager was argumentative and said this is what happens when you don’t put cheese on the pizza… unfortunately for this argument, we have gotten the same thing from them in the past and it wasn’t burnt nor is it burned when we get it from Pappas John’s.

One of the best and cleanest Domino’s I’ve been to around the country. The last ten and only times I have been to this location, there were no mistakes in any way. I can’t speak of there delivery because I haven’t tried it yet. TIP: The $7.99 coupon works with multiple toppings on a SINGLE large carryout(pick up yourself) pizza. And when you couple that with the $3 carryout tip coupon code from a previous order within the following week, you can get a Large Pizza with the maximum amount of toppings(approximately 10-13) for $7.13 WITH tax.

I order from this location often. Whether I pick it up or have it delivered the employees at this particular store are fast and courteous. But the very best part of my experiences with them is that I have never had a reason to complain…CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? I have NEVER gotten messed up food, they’ve NEVER forgotten my soda or anything, for that matter, wrong. They have NEVER taken more than 30 minutes and they are ALWAYS friendly. There’s not place I’ve been to in Jacksonville that has accomplished doing a great job on every order this quickly, efficiently and with such kindness. THEY ROCK!

This is gross..really?? I think they did this on purpose, cause of my last name being zarate ** it made me sick..I’ll not return evr after this..24$,really??!! Ohh,and I almost got ran over by the 2 drivers,in the parking lot also,they didn’t evn try to slow down**to be clear,**EMPLOYEES**,really driving like35 especiallywhen I was getting daughter out of her seat,all I saw was a fast vehicle coming at me..lucky this time!!,whom it should have been 10mph!! !! Never ever going back, I will go somewhere else..you honestly could not convince me to evr order from this establishment again..they need to train their employees to Drive carefully!!and mayb not make a rude comment about customers who have a last name,that isnt from this COUNTRY, well,sorry to inconvenience you,if I’m not from here,NC,excuse me!!
