This was our second time ordering delivery from here and everything was great just like the first time. Delivery was prompt, food was great, and delivery drivers were nice if I HAVE to complain about something, the pizza was cut a little wonky, but it’s more silly than anything else lol not a problem we really don’t mind.

This place struggles to get it together. I’ve been there several times. It takes a long time to get your pizza from the drive through window because nobody attends to it. After waiting for an eternity at the window and getting no help, I backed up my vehicle and ran over the cable a second time that is stretched across the drive through lane and makes a noise inside the store indicating a customer was waiting outside. Eventually, someone came and gave me my order. On another occasion, I waited forever at the drive through window with no attending it and eventually an employee saw me and went to go get someone to help me. Today, I ordered the pizza about 2 hours prior to pickup. I waited in a long line at the window and saw someone get out of line and go in the store and come out with their pizza in hand in a matter of minutes, so I get out of the line and try the same thing. I told the guy my name, and he couldn’t find my order. I told another employee my name when she asked for it. She couldn’t find my order either. There was another lady waiting around for her pizza, and she said they lost her order, too. After determining my pizza hadn’t been made even after ordering it online almost 2 hours prior and getting the text alerts saying it was ready, they determined that my order had slipped through the cracks. I canceled my order and went and grabbed a burger instead. This store struggles mightily.

I really like the rewards program but Domino’s is quite stingy with the points. Wether you spend $10 or $200 you can only earn 10 points. That just doesn’t seem right.

The gentleman and the lady we spoke with on the phone was rude n very unprofessional our order had to be redone 3 times until they finally got it right we asked for coke they brought diet n then wanted to argue about replacing it saying soda is sodai know that was only like $3 but as a paying customer I should receive what I asked n paid for not to mention they wanted almost $4 delivery fee everytime They got it wrong will never use the 258 location again

I order the same thing every week. Friday evening matter fact. I always order (2) 8 piece hot wings well done. There’s a lot of times that they don’t get cooked well done, but this last Friday they weren’t quite well done, and they only put a few drops of hot sauce.

Delivery instructions weren’t followed because the driver never called to inform us of our no-contact delivery. One pizza was smashed to the top of the box due to a 2-liter being placed on top of the box and the other one of our thin crust pizzas were so heavily smothered in sauce that the pizza was unedible because the pieces were stuck to the bottom of the box. I’d post the pictures but I can’t figure out how to do so. Highly disappointed and wish I could get my money back. I’ve got a sick kid and domino’s is her favorite but she wouldn’t even touch tonight’s food because of how horrible it looked in the box.
