Terrible quality of pizza and accuracy of orders. Things were much better at their old location on Woodrow street now with a New location and New Management (Paris) everything’s gone down. Why be in a management role if you’re not going to make sure re-orders are amazing? Ordered three large pizzas a few days ago all 3 were terrible. Called in they said get a replacement order, went to pick up the replacements and was just as bad as the first!!! check out the pepperoni pizza picture, they forgot to add pepperonis and then try to throw some on top after it’s done!!! Check out the 1/2 beef , where is the beef ? We won’t be coming here again 10 year plus customers. Will try Papa Gio’s in Irmo heard they’ve got good pies. Do better Domino’s! 5 star building 1/2 star pizzas.

we were in Columbia Sc and ordered a large pepperoni sausage pizza with peppers and onion. They charged us 30.00 for this. It was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life,, no toppings, dry and cardboard. I will never order from them again. what a rip off. they really need a no star.

We ordered 2 large pizzas (order #239), picked up at 1:27pm on Saturday. When we got home we found out the slices were very thin and there was barely any cheese (we asked for extra cheese). We called back to speak to the manager Craig but he was not working that day. But the person who answered and made the pizza was very rude. He called me a liar and said he would roll back the camera and see for himself. He barely let me spoke and got angry. We have been buying from dominos for years and never experienced anything like this. There was a lack of employee code of conduct and he should work on his character. He should go back to school and learn public relations and customer service. We will not be buying from this location unless and until we hear back from the manager. I don’t want my money back or another pizza. The cashier/pizza maker was acting like a psycho.

Order took over an hour to leave the store. It was in “quality check” for 20 minutes and once it finally arrived one of the pizzas had the incorrect toppings, unsliced and the crust was burned. I called the store and asked for a remake and was told it would be an hour for a new two topping thin crust even if I came to the store to pick it up. I understand they get busy during dinner rush but an hour for one thin crust pizza that I’m picking up myself after I paid for delivery and a 20% tip is totally unacceptable for me. The team member I spoke with didn’t even offer any solutions, I had to request a refund.

I live less than 3 miles from here. 3 miles. Yet somehow this is not in their delivery area. How close do I have to be? The answer, I need to be in their parking lot. THEY moved locations, they are even closer now, 2.5 miles and still do not offer deliver to my house.

Awful. Ordered three pizzas and two were incorrect. One was supposed to have extra sauce, but whoever made it clearly read it incorrectly and used less sauce (it didn’t even have the usual amount). The other was the wrong pizza and instead of chicken and bacon they made pepperoni and bacon. I don’t recommend this specific Donino’s.
