Should be completely retrained or re-staffed. Or close the darn thing. MOST of pizza with no toppings (1 lrg spinach, chicken, mushroom). Cheese pizza dry & some pieces barely had cheese. Dough is tough. On line order promised in 20 minutes took 45. When we arrived they said that “forgot to pull orders off computer”. Other family / friends having same experience. When asked how to reach manager, staff refused to give his name/ contact info or any helpful resolve. Gladly going back to Pizza Hut.

Awful service and quality. Orders online and the online order didn’t go in correctly, called immediately and was told it was already in the oven and we were out of luck. The GM is nasty rude, did not care that the order was wrong or messed up or that we called to fix it. Her outlook was “should have ordered correctly”, because no way your online system could ever get it wrong. So $40 in food wasted and thrown away. None of it could be eaten. The writing for this store speak for themselves. Give your money to little Caesar’s before giving it to them.

Did a curbside pickup order. I checked in on the app and waited maybe 3 or 4 minutes and my order was brought out. The young lady was smiling and polite. I ordered 2 large pizzas on special and the stuffed cheesy bread and brownie cookie pie. All was good, fresh and hot. No complaints.

Store employees do whatever they want!!! SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! We pulled up to Dominoes @12AM Friday June 30, 2023 and placed an order online for pickup after waiting 5 min I received a call from the store employee saying they will not be making my pizza I just order online with no problem because if he the employee didn’t close the store now @12:10AM he would not have a ride home even tho they close at 1:00AM on Fridays and Saturdays Domino’s should hire people who’s able to carry out their job responsibilities its not your customers fault you’re employee don’t have proper transportation VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and DISAPPOINTING ON DOMINOS END to even allow it I wont be back. He also did not want to give me my receipt when asked he made nothing but excuses.

Poor quality, workers rude and disrespectful screaming loud obscene language. The pizza took 45 minutes to finish, including an additional 30 minutes after it was promised online. And then the puzza was burnt and did not taste very good. It was terrible

Ordered at 11:30 and was told my order was cancelled because the store was closed when the website told me even if I ordered at 12 my order would be fulfilled. This is insane, it was laziness on the employees because I can guarantee they just didn’t want to make the food or drive. And very vague on when my refund would be applied to my card after I spent 80$ just trying to get pizzas. Honestly so sick of this.

What’s the point of the tracker if it’s not accurate. I drove here to pick up my pizza because the tracker said it was done only to come in the store and the cashier tell me they just put my pizza in the oven. This was very inconvenience and I would not recommend

Ordered delivery last night, spent +$50, never received the order. Called several times, after 1-1/2 hours “oh it will be there in 15-20 minutes, 2 hours in- oh, our ap shows he’s 5 minutes from you. After 3 hours they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Cannot get any CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks.

Pizza wasn’t ready for curbside pick up. No one ever came out. We waited and finally went in to get it ourselves. Got home and the pepperoni piza had only cheese.
