I normally have good experiences with Dominoes pizza but this time my experience was a bit different and disappointing. I had placed my order over the phone. Went to pick it up only to find that part of my order had been left out due the “guy” forgot it and I ended up waiting for it to be cooked. If the place had busy and/or if I had placed a large order, the “mistake” would be understandable but it was 4pm and ( all I ordered was a large pizza and some tots) the place was empty except for 2 employees. So much for customer service. I don’t think I will be back especially since there are other options in this town.

Pizza was not hot (and we live less than 10 minutes so delivery should have been fairly easy). On the left half of the pizza, I wanted a bit of hot sauce. It was instead drenched and the only thing I could taste of the pizza, even after using 6 paper towels to dab it off. Stuffed cheesy bread was good though. Other half of pizza was also not bad, besides not being hot and fresh.

I had an issue with an order I placed through the app. The Dominoes Team (Tammy and Tracy) went over the top to make it right. Plus the food was good, too. Two thumbs way up for the exceptional customer service.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in over 10 years. Jessica the “manager” was atrocious! Berated her employees in front of myself and other customers blaming them, but then doing nothing to resolve the issue. Paid for delivery and they wouldn’t deliver, came to pick it up and asked them to take off the deliver fee and she said ok and then charged me MORE money. When asked, she said she did what I asked but the deal we ordered was delivery only and she couldn’t do anything else, even though It was the same 2 medium deal they have had over the past 5 years. And to top it off the pizzas were not even made the right way…Absolutely appalling Jessica! Never again!
