I’ve never had a problem here. The manager called me to tell me about there oven being down so I know there’s a bit of a wait but the pizza still arrived hot and correct. Delivery driver called me when he arrived and was here fast.

Horrible. Do not order from this Dominos. Ordered at 8:50 PM and we received our food at midnight after having the delivered message on the app for almost an hour, we were pretty sure our food wasn’t going to come. Food was cold, like it had been sitting out for hours. After we placed our order and waited for 3 hours, we wish we could’ve just canceled and been refunded.

I ordered at 7:00 and didn’t receive my food till 8:30 and the delivery driver had gotten the wrong order and had to go back to get the right food. I’m not upset about that as everyone makes mistakes but i watched tracker and the pizza was being prepped for over an hour? My wings were cold and the pizza was mediocre at best. I definitely will not be returning.

We placed an order at 11:50pm, the store closes at 1am. At 12:30, the pizza tracker hadn’t progressed at all, so I called the store. I waited for over 15 minutes and couldn’t get through to anyone. We realized then that our order wasn’t coming and made other plans. At 1:15am, I got a call saying my order wasn’t coming and would be refunded. They should have called me to cancel the order when they knew the couldn’t fill it, over an hour before I got the call. Being understaffed is understandable but not even calling until an hour and a half after I placed my order is ridiculous.

We order all the time. Recently they hired a new driver, her name is Titilayo Bennet. Not sure what her problem is, we always tip 20%. The first time she forgot a portion of our order and said she would be right back, no problem. We already paid via the app so we had no choice but to wait. And wait. She never came. After 2 hours we called and asked for a refund, they said they could not refund part of the order since we paid with a credit card, and they said someone would be coming right away to drop off the rest of our order. No one ever came. We called about 10 times all the way up to midnight when they closed — they refused to pick up the phone, and just kept hanging up on us. Same with the following day. We put in another order and the same driver Titilayo marked that she dropped it off and NEVER came at all with the second order! We are extremely aggravated. We always had a great experience with delivery drivers Titus and George. Something needs to be done about this employee. Not to mention, the order that we did receive was stone cold and disgusting.

Do not order anything from this place for delivery, I ordered a pizza at like 5:30 and it’s been over two hours and it’s still not here. Kept calling about every 20ish minutes to see if it was coming or not and was met with nothing but rudeness. I tried to cancel it because I don’t want a cold pizza that’s been sitting out for hours, but the person on the phone said I couldn’t until the driver got to my house and then I would have to tell them that I don’t want the pizza, then, and only then would I get my money back. Do not waste your time.

When I visited Domino’s located next to the citadel in downtown Charleston S.C. I thought I’d be walking into just another pizza joint….I was shocked and amazed to be greeted the moment I walked in the door! The professionalism,kindness,and courtesy radiated throughout my entire visit!! As a result …I recommend the people who make this place to all of my coworkers and friends!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE lol place is a joke.. you will wait longer for your first born child and/or see Jesus walk on water before you receive your Pizza. More or less in shock Dominos doesn’t do anything about this location. I 100 percent guarantee my complaint does nothing and they do not care lol. Dominos I will never, ever eat your food again.
