It’s always Domino’s that I have problems with. .. not Papa John’s, not Marcos… Always Domino’s. This is acceptable pizza? Pizza left store at 5:13pm… Didn’t deliver until 6:00pm. Pizza was sitting around for 45 minutes before delivering.

Discovered a beetle cooked into my pizza, called 2 times to make sure my money was refunded and they confirmed it would be in my account in a few days, but a month later and still haven’t received a refund. Disgusting and disappointing.

My delivery experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! My driver called to find out exactly where I was, didn’t introduce himself, was super rude and then hung up on me. When he delivered the pizza I watched him legit throw it on the ground so none of the toppings were on the pizza, threw my receipts all over outside and my drink bottle was so dirty and gross I actually had to wash it in the sink. Oh, and my pizza was cold. I called the store to express my concern and was laughed at and again hung up on. I’m not sure how this place stays in business with how disrespectful these employees are. I will never order or eat from there again. You’ve lost my business for life. I’d rather starve than deal with them again.

Last time I ordered I asked for a Philly cheese steak no onions or peppers (that part was fine) and extra Philly meet. Well the sandwich I got was mostly cheese,mushrooms, a tiny bit of meat and bread On top of that it was cut in half long ways. I know yall can do better.

This Domino’s is as good as the other Domino’s. We ordered the Brooklyn style crust as it’s thinner and we prefer thin crust. The crust turns out to be thin and crispy on the side. We got 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings each. It’s only $9 per pizza. I’ve heard it might be cheaper if I order it online but I didn’t check it out as $9 per pizza is already dirt cheap.

Just tried to order two 8-peice wings with their “$6.99 each for two or more” coupon and they rang up as $8.99 each… that’s fraud… that’s bait and switch… and that’s the last time I frequent Dominos in Charleston….. 7 months later, it’s still the same fraudulent garbage
