Horrible service at this location from manager Keith. We experienced great customer service from Chris the delivery driver & spoke with a very kind female manager initially but had to be transferred to a very impertinent manager named Keith about an order that was not made properly. Very skim on the DELUXE pizza toppings and the Garlic-seasoned crust with a rich, buttery taste was not on either pizzas (which makes the pizza complete). I had store bought pizza in a box with more toppings than was given all we asked for was a remake and he was rude about it and once I was tired of going back & forth with the manager keith about it I requested to just have a refund for that pizza & he demanded to bring the entire order back. That was not something we could do to just receive a refund for one pizza b/c we ordered as a team & some people that could not enjoy the deluxe pizza had to order food elsewhere because who wants a rude person to remake their food especially when they are the overseer. Hopefully dominos gets better at handling their customers concerns regarding the food purchased but thanks for all others kindness!

I ordered from this store and someone took my order and told me 31-41 mins for del. After an hour I called and was told that first they didn’t have an order for me, second they don’t deliver to my address, thirdly they sent my order to another dominoes location near me who ended up canceling without being notified or anything! Absolute worstttt customer service!!

I just had a really great interaction. Sometimes drivers and stores get overwhelmed and tonight was no different, but thanks to the team at this location, i wasnt willing to just cancel my delivery. Jacqueline ( driver? She answered my call) was attentive and sympathetic and had a great attitude. Nathaniel delivered and Jason (Gm? Or mod) took care of me. Thanks to all 3 of these people, ill make sure to continue ordering.

Since there’s not a negative rating. Usually have no issues with this location until management must have changed recently. Ordered a redemption pizza (free) with Italian sausage and mushrooms for take out as I’ve always done. Picked up the order to only have a cheese pizza, no other toppings. I asked the gentleman if they were out of the toppings I requested, to which he let me know they had the toppings available and asked if I wanted them to remake the order, which I declined. I’d rather not eat someone else’s saliva on a remake. They look at me as if I’m suppose to give them a tip for pick up. After this incident I’ll never return here.

Super impressed with this Dominos location. The ingredients are always very fresh and the pizza well made. Thin crust and Hand Tossed are both very good. (Will give the Pan Crust a try on the next order.) Every single delivery has been SUPER FAST (one arriving less than 30 minutes from order placement!) And I absolutely LOVE the contactless delivery option so I grab it from the porch in Pjs! I’ve also picked up at the Tanger Location and had no issue at all. Dominoes also still offers coupons – while many of the others do not.

waited 4 hrs called about 5 times for my food just for them to deliver it to the wrong address and then proceeded to tell me they don’t engage with “prank callers”… why would i bother calling so many times if it was prank. they really just need to close the place down. grown adults that can’t do a job that doesn’t require a high school degree, embarrassing. never got my food

Do not order from this location. Delivery order was submitted at 7:32 PM. The pizza finally arrived at 10:19 PM. Pizza arrived luke warm and a mess. This is my second negative experience with this location. Mistakes happen but twice in a row— I won’t be ordering again.
