My food was delivered by Alissa who was so cheerful and nice and she’s doing a great job promoting the store as she offered that she is the new manager and she’s working diligently to create success and improvements. I commend her for delivering the food as a way to promote the store in person… it was a very nice touch. The food was hot and delicious, we enjoyed it very much. Ordered 36 buffalo wings and a large pizza. Pizza was fine, wings had almost no sauce. This is the second time this has happened. To much money not to get what you ask for. Just pitiful on their part.

I ordered a pizza on Friday afternoon around 6:45 – at 7:07 I got text saying driver was OTW. I called the store at 8:15 and they said the pizza was in the car with the driver. I called again around 9 pm. Same story. At 10 pm I got a text that the pizza was on OTW. I never got the pizza. My credit card was charged and now I am having an equally difficult time getting my money back. This was a horrible experience. I do not recommend ordering for delivery!

Love dominos but they need to wear gloves when handling the items that go on the pizza and no hairnet while playing with their hair and the bad thing is while waiting on the pizza a roach was on the counter

I was made to wait at the curbside pick up while all 3 people that work there went out the back door to take the trash outside while blowing the horn after 8:47pm I waited out there while they played around in the store messed with their hair and ignored me blowing the horn after I was made to sit there after my order had been sitting on the shelf. I sat at the curbside out front of the store from 8:35pm to 8:55pm makes no sense for them to do this. The one worker that was a delivery driver had pulled up and noticed I was blowing the horn and came to the window and asked was everything okay I told her no and explained to her what had happened and luckily she had been our old delivery driver so she knew me she had to go in and get the order because the other 3 didn’t do anything. A $43 order really made me MAD! I won’t be using Domino’s again.

Not much to say 3 hour late pizza that was cold. Then when it came time to honor a refund it was sent to my email with a 7 day timer. The entire experience was horrible and I am updating my review to reflect my disgust. The one star is accurate because the delivery driver was a sweetheart. I hope that the Domino’s team reaches out to fix this sothat I can try again.

Ordered at 8:32 pm, got a text saying my order was out for delivery at 9:23pm… here it is almost MIDNIGHT, I’ve been waiting for someone to answer the phone for OVER 20 MINUTES, AND ITS BEEN OVER 3 HOURS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER. Delivery driver showed up at 11:53pm with ice cold pizza and something that resembles chicken. As being from retail/customer service myself… THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, NO EXCUSES.

Went in for 2 large pizzas. I ordered early so they would be ready when I arrived. Got a notification it was ready and went in to get it and was told my pizza was “lost.” They remade them and a pizza that was supposed to have extra cheese was made so thin that there was a hole where I could see the box though it. I took it back and and they said it was right, may have just gotten caught in the line and did not offer to remake it or take it back.

I want to make this clear. This business is run by young individuals who should not be running these location. We ordered our food, waited for just over an hr for 3 pizzas, 4 drinks. We had called a few times to see the time for delivery. Staff said it was almost out the oven. A few moments later we received a notice that our food had been delivered. It was not. We called and they explained that they manually complete the orders so that way it will not effect their numbers. We finally got our food . It was over cooked and burned, we only received 2 of the 4 drinks. Instead of calling and complaining to useless workers. We decided to write this review. We will not be ordering from this location again, and we will be sure to persuade friends and family to choose a different location for pizza orders due to the decline of customer service at this location.
