We ordered takeout through the website and everything went very smoothly. I love the little movement across the screen that shows you the progress of your order. We ordered a gluten-free crust with extra sauce and extra cheese with pepperoni and Italian sausage. It was amazing.

I have never left a review for a restaurant but this is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever been too in my life. I placed an order tonight and went to pick it up. When I got there the front door was locked and it was 8:30pm, and they don’t close until 12:00am. I sat there for five minutes knocking on the front door while not one, but three employees just stood there looking at me. I finally got through to someone on the phone and had to walk to the side window to pick my pizza up. I wish I could say this is the first time this establishment has done anything like this, but it’s not. A few months back we placed an order to be delivered on a random week night around 6:30pm, and after multiple calls with a different excuse each time, our pizza showed up after going to bed around 11:30pm. No refunds or coupons. Will not be going back.

My boyfriend and I work really late, and sometimes will have to place an order late at night. More than a handful of times I have placed an order, the order is accepted, I watch it get to “baking” on the tracker, and then they cancel the order after 15 minutes. Even if they’re still open. I understand it is late at night, and if before or immediately after I place the order it tells me it can’t be made, that’s one thing. But to accept the order just to cancel it 15 minutes later after it says it’s already in the oven, especially when it says online you don’t close until 12, is absolutely unacceptable. I have to watch the tracker every minute my pizza is being made just to be sure it’s not getting cancelled. that’s ridiculous. I’m not sure if this is a corporate issue with the app but some sort of notice when the order is placed that it won’t be made instead of cancelling the order with no notification would be appreciated
