I waited almost 3 hours for my order to be delivered. I called them 3 times and was told the driver was enroute to me and he should be here in 20 mins. I didn’t even eat because I no longer wanted the food I ordered for myself and my family.

There is a reason the manager makes pizza for a living because jesusssss christttt the way I was treated because I complained about my almost 100 dollar order being almost 3 hours late, cold, and missing a pizza. I was nice until he got defensive because I mentioned his associate was rude on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. It got to a point where he was cussing at me and hung up the phone. No wonder this place has the ratings it has.

Never again, the poor driver was so exhausted and I know it’s not his fault. The store manager was extremely rude, we paid way too much money for two pizzas that weren’t delivered for over an hour, super cold and stale. Burton store has been bad everytime I go there and this was just a final straw.

I ordered a 3 pizza and breadsticks, sitting in the er to feed my family at home sent 50.11 while we give cash tip unfortunately my husband who stressed about me being at the er forgot to give a tip so the delivery driver named Alex decided that he would commit forgery and write in his own tip for 10.00 dollars on the receipt that my husband signed. Unfortunately for Alex I felt that something was off asked my husband and was told that he forgot about the tip so I went to the store and spoke with the manager they act as if it wasn’t a big deal and refunded the amount back things happened all the time but you can’t just decide that you want a 10.00 tip the write it in yourself !!!! I will be contacting corporate and possibly the police

By far the worst place to order food from. At the time of writing this, it’s been 3 hours since I ordered, 2 hours since Samantha left the store with my food, my order says delivered, I still have not received my food and the girl who picked up the phone at the store gives me attitude when I’m asking where my food is. 2/28 walked in nobody visible. Walked out came back in still nobody said hello no response! Walked out and back in third time someone was there, stated he was in the bathroom. You the only person here? Stated it was funny I came in 3 times! Ask for a lava cake to be baked from middle of stove but refuse to do so. Claims it would be raw, I don’t eat raw anything and it would be fully cooked. So they loss out on a sale.

So I brought my kids in to this location for a night out and was very displeased while in there I over hear one of the managers completely disrespecting our active marines when I have a couple family members who served and one lost his life due to his service. I also over heard this manager making dead baby jokes with a few customers wich also really hit a bad nerve considering I lost a baby many years ago. This managers actions and conversations were very rude and disrespectful not professional at all. I was on vacation there with my kids and will never go back there ever again if this is the type of people they employ there. My kids did not need to over hear such negative and disrespectful talk from someone who is supposed to be a professional if I could give a negative star review I definitely would

I have orderd from Burton Domino’s in the passed and it has been awful. Tonight we orderd pizza, 5 cheese sauce with bread sticks. The order was here in 30 mins. The food was so hot we couldn’t eat it and it was absolutely delicious! Good step game Domino’s!!
