This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced. I put in an order for 11 pizzas a day ahead of time. Requested delivery at 1130. I called and called to confirm that morning but no one answered the phone. 1200 and still no pizzas. I have 30 people waiting to eat… finally at 12:15 the asst manager answered. He said he was waiting for his driver to show up and then said “what do you expect me to do” … i was floored by his rudeness. He had no intention of calling me. He said in would only be 10 more minutes. After 10 minutes I began calling again and no one answered. It was over 2 hours late. We could have went to pick it up had he called and explained. He was so rude and unhelpful. He couldn’t have cared less.This place is horrible. Not worth the discounts. Never again from Domino’s

We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 salads, and some boneless chicken tonight. The poor manager is working there completely by herself while the order pile up and our food is late by over an hour. The pizzas were not terrible, but not great, and the pizza boxes are completely covered in grease. The cheese pizza we ordered was not even sliced. The prepackaged salads we were given are ALMOST 10 DAYS EXPIRED and smell awful. I tried to call the store but the manager is completely ignoring the phone. I tried to the global customer service safety life and it hangs up on you when you select the option for the safety hotline. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. If the salads are this expired, what else is expired coming out of this store.

Well, here goes another 1 star review. Absolutely the most skimpy, dry & flavorless pizza I’ve ever had. Including frozen at half the cost. Total rip-off. A large 2 topping thin crust cost $20.00. Unfortunately my wife walked out and didn’t look at it. It’s hard to believe this store has so many 1 star reviews, but now I know why. One would think they would do something about that.

By the time “Thomas” started checking my pizza, 30 minutes went by and no delivery started yet, so the pizza stayed in their store for at least 30 minutes. So I called, waited 12 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and in the meantime placed a different order on Doordash. The Doordash order arrived and still the Dominos employees hadn’t picked up my phone call. By the time they did my question changed from “where’s my pizza” to “cancel my order”.

So I truly HATE to write bad reviews but this one is about SAFETY! My daughter and I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 Cesar salads and chicken wings from Beaufort lady’s island dominoes tonight and after the order being over an hour late, no one answering the phone, the manager who was the only one working finally got the order. To then get home and discover the grease from the pizzas was LEAKING out of the boxes … the pizzas weren’t cut and the two chicken Cesar salads were 10 DAYS PAST EXPIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When my poor son opened his salad I could SMELL the STENCH coming from the rotting chicken and lettuce.

If I could give no stars I would! This is by far the worst Domino’s location I have ever been to/ordered from. I have always loved Domino’s, even as a kid. We always ordered our delivery orders from this company when we lived in Colorado, Georgia, and Louisiana. We have never had as many issues from all those locations as we have had here… combined! I have given this location several chances to see if it was just a bad day or bad workers at the time, but it literally has been over 2 years since we were stationed here and every single time we have ordered with them, the order arrives absurdly late, cold, and a good portion of the time, wrong. I do not know the circumstances or situation with this location, but those that are posting it’s an amazing location, must either be friends and family of the workers/owners or just really lucky!

BEWARE….Manager Arthur is NOT qualified to run this store. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Workers are all rude! NO ONE wears gloves while making your food . Another customer brought her pizza back because it was under cooked . I have NOTHING good to say about this store. Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else.

DON’T waste your time ordering from here. They will not deliver your food. Even after they charged your account. Last night 12/4/2022 at around 8:30 I placed and online order. I was told by someone who obviously had NO idea what was going on. That if my order was for dataw island. Then it’s on the way. But they can’t deliver the food that I already paid for even though they are clearly open for another 1 1/2 hours. Was told my money would be refunded after the machines are closed out. I check my bank this morning. And dominos still charged me for the food that I never received absolutely trash place, that will 100% scam you.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a little after 5pm, got a message the pizza was being prepped at 5:18, kept checking the site and nothing is moving. At6:30 pm I tried to call and the voicemail said it was complete. 6:40 tried calling and no one would answer the phone. Almost 7pm and still no food. Never ever going to order from them again. What a terrible store.
