Seriously they need to be out of business at this point. I ordered $60 worth of pizza. It said it was delivered 10 minutes before it actually got to my door. We were out hounding the neighbors for our pizza and they just hadn’t delivered it yet. When it got there it was burnt and there was no sauce. I tried to call 4 times from my phone and like 3 more times from another and they just kept picking up and hanging up on me. I couldn’t get through to anyone. They are robbing people of money and the delivery driver was just so incredibly rude. The only thing this place is good for is stealing money. Save yourself and go somewhere else

I just bought a Brooklyn style pepperoni extra cheese and extra sauce pizza. When we picked it up and took it home it was missing the pepperoni and extra sauce. Also it didn’t look like their usual Brooklyn style crust. Augh. This is the second time has happened to us at this location. Now my husband has to go back and ask them to fix it. Now the pizza we bought him will be cold .

HEADS UP save your time and Money! This is the most disappointing and unsatisfying service I ever received from a dominos. They are guaranteed to mess up your order some how. Employees don’t care, and lack empathy as well as customer service for a paying customer. If I could give 0 stars I would. I complain every time and it seems I receive less chicken each time I order double! I was told a serving size of chicken is 1 oz. And this is supposedly 3 portions worth. I need the Operator to confirm because this is an insult and very misleading for the price. We’ll never go to this location again, I rather eat a frozen pizza.

Ordered food online. $70 is what we spent with delivery tip. Over a hour on delivery (it’s Wednesday) we received one wrong item. When we called we where offered $10 credit. They were no longer offering delivery for the rest of the night. (It’s 8pm). $70 for food. It should be correct.

This place has pooched the last 3 orders I sent , done with dominoes we are talking 100 bucks at a time a no personal commitment to making it better. This location will never see our business again . We opted for Online order, take out, I had to go in a different car, so as soon as we got there, I let an employee know that we were in a different car. We waited 15 minutes for our order to come out, I checked each person who came out with an order, and never saw a medium pizza box. I went in to see what was going on and ran into a very nasty tempered employee. When I explained that I had told a man that we were in a different car, he/ she yelled at me and said well he isn’t even here any more. When that same nasty tempered employee walked out to our car, they didn’t even know what our order was although I had explained . I asked that employee if they could look at our order that we had placed online and that person yelled back at me, you have a receipt, why don’t you just look at it. I explained that we had spoken to an employee about being in a different car. They yelled at me when I asked about the guarantee about bringing it out curbside. Of course, I got yelled at again. Then when we started to drive off I checked what was inside the pizza box and there were items missing. It is important to note that there was a 9 year old and 5 year old child in the car listening to that employee scream at me. The looks on the children’s faces, on top of everything else, would make me come to the decision that I would never go back to that Domino’s again. Disgusting behavior

Worst service. Went in to pick up a pizza only to get ignored by 3 different people working there behind the counter. No hello, no asking if I needed help or why I was standing there for 5+ minutes. I even made eye contact with two of the workers who still proceeded not to acknowledge me.

I ordered garlic twists and parmesean twists with cheese dip added. They only deliver the parmesean and cheese, forgetting the garlic twists. I call the store and after ten minutes a person answers and immediately puts me on hold for another 8 minutes. Then when they answer the phone, they are rude and act like I’m stupid. Then promise to send out the garlic twists. An HOUR later, they are still not here. I call the store and I’m told there is no manager there and the manager is a woman. Then a guy calls me back to say they are down two drivers and he can’t send me what I paid for but he’ll give me a credit for next time. Not one apology the entire time. This is unacceptable.
