I just placed an order with the Dominos on Flat Shoals Pkwy in Decatur, GA and selected carside delivery. I parked in the first available parking spot visible facing the store, I selected the “Im here” button in the Domino app. One minute and thirty-eight seconds into the 2-minute countdown, the timer stopped and the order was marked complete. Ten minutes later no one still has not arrived to deliver my pizzas. After ten minutes, I went into the store and gave my name, I asked the supervisor Tiffany why was the order marked complete and how were they going to honor the Dominos Carside Delivery 2-minute Guarantee. She stated that they didn’t see my car. I pointed to my vehicle parked in the very first spot that you can clearly see through the store glass window. TIffany stated for future reference park on the side of the store (which you can’t see cars from the register) or in the Fire Lane. I stated to her that parking in the fire lane is against the law and she responded, “Don’t you see that car in the fire line” and I stated it’s against the law to park in the fire lane. I politely asked again how are you going to honor the Dominos Carside Delivery 2-minute Guarantee. Tiffany stated she was not going to honor it because I didnt park in the fire line with my blinkers on. I further stated that the app did not provide instructions to park in the fire lane, it states to park near the store and does not mention to turn on the car hazard lights.

First I would like to say, this is my second time ordering from this location in one week. My first experience was excellent. The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasty. The customer service was great! The chicken was cheese filled and nicely sauced. That prompted me to return today. Today’s experience was, outside of the great customer service, this pizza was the worst I ever had. It was like eating cardboard. It’s dry as a bone. So Dry that the box barely had oil in it. The chicken had no sauce (BBQ is the chicken I ordered). It had absolutely NO bacon pieces. The crust had no seasoning. I’m really shocked because I had such a good experience my first visit less then 7 days ago. I hope this does not become the norm. I’ll give them one more try, but I’m a foodie and for me to not eat something says a lot. Today was not a good day at Dominos Flat Shoals. However I will say again…. My first time, just last week was amazing!

This place is very unprofessional. Scammers to say the least. I ordered two large pies, wings and two 2 liters sodas and they never delivered it. When I went to the store it was closed. Tyrome was supposed to be the driver and same person to make it. I spent $84 and received NOTHING!! I watched the whole process of my food being made on the app. Then when it was time to deliver all of the sudden the app didn’t work and next thing I know my food was so called “delivered” yet NO ONE EVER CAME TO MY HOME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Soooooooo it took 3 hours for me to get the food I paid a delivery fee for + a $5.00 tip. I literally live 5 minutes from them. Needless to say my pizza was cold but the cheese bread wasn’t. It was also made incorrect when I called to get the right order the supervisor was very nonchalant about the situation and could only help me if I brought the order back. I explained to him that was the whole purpose of me paying for delivery. He said he doesn’t make the rules and is there anything else he can help me with then ended the call.

I absolutely despise this location. After placing my last order a couple of weeks ago (after I swore I wouldn’t order from this store again), instead of the two medium hand tossed I ordered, I received two small pizzas in medium boxes. They are notorious for charging you for items you ordered and then not including the items when they deliver. Then they have the gall to catch attitudes when you tell them about it. This is, by far, the worst domino’s I have come across.

Ordered on the online app. At 10:11 on July 1st (the Wesley chapel location wasn’t doing carry out at the time). I had a hard time getting there via maps but I eventually found it. The food was actually good.

Why offer car side delivery services if you’re not going to adhere to it. I showed up 20 minutes after I placed the order online and I had to wait another 15 minutes for pizza to come carside? I had a soccer injury when I placed this order, which is why I chose carside delivery upon arrival. And how can you not tell the difference between a black Acura and a Gray Lexus. You do not need to be a car guy to differentiate between the two, but seriously dense to not be able to differentiate between the two. Everybody is complaining about ride the hugely negative treatment of service workers but a person can have so much patience for inexplicably bad service. This was completely unacceptable.

Let’s start with the positives pizza was tasty well cooked nice garlic crust, negative ordered extra pineapples banana peppers and apple cinnamon twist when I got home none of my extra orders was in the box including the apple cinnamon twist called the store asked for the manager spoke to a soft spoken gentleman requested accommodations for my inconvenience he offered to refund me my money then someone else unexpectedly grab the phone identified herself as BELLA the manager very rude and in an unconcerned inconsiderate tone said I cannot get a refund over the phone I have to bring the pizza back to the store and she also implicitly accused me of lying she said they check the pizza several times and it had pineapples on it I took pictures of the whole order no pineapples no banana peppers no cinnamon twist very unprofessional store employees…will call corporate and update this review on the resolution…

I ordered lava cake and stuffed bread which was supposed to take 15-25 minutes which turned into a hour… that hour turned into 2 hours …. I never even received it !! I had to call and cancel just incase they showed up 3 hours late with cold food !!!!!✌ Very disappointing
