On 08/26/2023, I placed an order using the app. I was informed it was ready, and I came thirty minutes later after getting that notification. I had to wait another thirty minutes because they said it was still in the oven. When I got home, I realized the pizza was so undercooked it was falling apart. This all happened around 9:30 PM-10:00 PM.

I have ordered 30+ minutes ago and I ordered a marvel cookie brownie that was way to over cooked it was burnt. As well as the pizza it was overed cook as well not burnt but over cooked. My drinks where flat I ordered a 2 liter orange fanta 2 liter coke and 20oz orange fanta but I only got a 2 liter orange fanta and 20oz coke and 20oz orange fanta. 2 liters cost more a few cents but those few cents I can never get back this is my favorite dominoes but this was just so unacceptable I’m not saying that I will stop ordering here but please step up and do better next time and with other people food to. -Thank You

The pizza was fine but what is this? I normally don’t have any issues with this store but this is just plain wrong. If I were an employee I would never treat anyone like this. All you had to do is make another one the correct way before you sent it out for delivery.

On 6/27/2023, Ordered online at 10:42 pm. At 11pm they cancelled my order. Did not call to say why and would not answer the phone. Not their first time rocking the bad service. Probably time for me to stop using this location. Most def would not recommend!

I love this location. I’ve been ordering for 2 years now and as of late, it’s been on point. I usually get delivery and anytime I see “Karleah” is prepping my order, I know it’s going to be fast and fresh! Anika and another gentleman has been my favorite drivers so far. Fast and prompt. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! This is by far the worst dominos in GA. Yesterday I ordered from them around 7:45p, tell me why I didn’t receive my order until almost 11pm! Then, when I tried calling them to cancel my order, they kept hanging up and not answering the phone! Idk who they have working for them, but they are awful. Upon receiving my order, the delivery guy just left my food sitting out on the porch ( remind you I didn’t ask for contactless delivery). When I got the food, it was cold and it looked like it was sitting out all day! We didn’t even eat it. Just gross and disgusting! Please do not order from this domino’s, they are rude and the pizza is disgusting.
