PLEASE BEWARE… I went to pick up 8 prepaid pizzas for a nonprofit this morning around 11:30am. While I was there at the location, I had to add an individual salad for a colleague and paid cash. The only individual there was behind the counter and presented himself as hearing impaired, so the order was written out on a napkin. There is NO pricing showing on any of the signage, digital or otherwise. He provides a receipt attached to the original 8 pizzas for $15.01 cash on top of the original order. After returning home after the function, I looked up the cost of the salad and found out that it should have only been $7.99 for that salad. Basically, the employee didn’t properly ring up the salad and made it appear as though it was a cash tip so he could pocket the money.

If i could give it no stars i would. I have given the store multiple chances to redeem their very poor customer service and honestly just all around bad service. They don’t answer the phone literally ever. Sat on hold for 15 minutes before i hung up, they can’t ever deliver or give you and honest delivery time, they put it in the oven as soon as they get your order and then don’t deliver it for another hour so you get cold pizza. Honestly don’t know how this shop hasn’t gotten shut down or corporate to come in and retrain all the employees.

I placed an order from this domino’s last night for a MeatZZa & received a pizza that was missing toppings. It only had sausage & little bits of ham. The pizza had so much sauce on it that when you lift up a slice all the toppings just fall off. There were pools of sauce that was missing cheese, that’s not pepperoni in the photo. Somehow even though the pizza was soaked in sauce the crust was as dried as cardboard & extended to my bread bites. They gave me points for a free pizza, but I don’t think I would be ordering from this Domino’s ever again after this incident, because this isn’t the first time I had an issue with this store.

When you ask for extra pizza sauce on your pizza, it gets delivered to you, no sauce at all. After almost a 1½ hour wait, kinda turns ya off. The pizza dough wasn’t even done all the way. This is the worse Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from!

This Dominos is so bad that they can’t even make a decent remake pizza. So the first time my pizza sat in cooked status for an hour before being delivered. It was cold and gross when it arrived. My salad was warm and literally no better than a grocery store salad for double the price. They offer me a credit for future use.

Only thing I hate about dominoes pizza is garlic seasoning. I specifically selected option with “no garlic seasoning”. They still put it on there. Ruined the pizza for me. I called to complain, but no one picked up the phone, wasting 15 mins of my time on top of ruined pizza.
