I ordered the ultimate pepperoni and I asked specifically for square cut and they didn’t do that. I was on my 3rd slice When I took a bite of my pizza it tasted so weird to the point where it made me gag. It smells weird. It’s like the pepperoni is old and rotten. This store is a bit annoying. I won’t be ordering from Dominos anymore. I am charged for extra sauce but got a dry pizza…smh. This is the second time my order has been incorrect and I have been sent a box of grease. Literally. I’m filing a formal complaint. Especially since the young urban lady answered the phone and when I explained the issue – she sets the phone down and leaves me on hold for more than 8 minutes. When I called back the phone is picked up with no hello just more silence – over five minutes. Idk what the manager HALEY is doing but maybe she should get more training so she can run the store a bit better.

This place is horrible! They never deliver and when they do it takes 3 hours or longer. They burnt my pizza and delivered it that way expecting it to be ok. When calling the guy lies says he’s the manager and his name is George. Tried to get smart with me over their own screw up! Do not order from this place it will be a waste of money. You’ve been warned! I had to contact corporate several times! Ended up giving this to my dog! Had to order food from Marco’s instead!

When I ordered my pizza from this location they called to let me know that it would be a hour and a half of a wait. I asked would that mean my food would be cold the lady on the phone told me MOST LIKELY. they never gave a explanation on to why the wait was that long and didn’t apologize about the wait either. I work in hospitality and I’m not perfect but this is disgusting costumer service I would never think in a million years to talk to someone like that at work.

Called a order in they didn’t have a driver so they cancelled my order without even seeing if it was possible for me to pick it up. Then the supervisor was really rude because he decided to close down at 11:50 as far as your website go it says you guys close at 12 so if that is incorrect you should change it to the correct time
