Order was placed at 11:02 pm, and allegedly delivered at 11:40 according to the tracker. Sat on hold for 50 minutes before finally speaking to the manager at 12:45 am Was told that the driver who was supposed to deliver my food went home. And the manager didn’t know. When I asked why I was on hold for 50 minutes, the manager said he didn’t place me on hold and didn’t know I was on hold. While I was on hold, my wife called the store and nobody answered… Numerous times. I finally spoke to the manager and said I would like my food, but did not want to pay for it, since it had been 2 hours. He responded, ” are you cancelling your order or not?” Then hung up on me when I told him I would be in to see the general manager in the morning. Will never be ordering from this Domino’s again, which is sad, because I love Domino’s Pizza and sandwiches.

General have had good service from this location, but today they delivered cold pizza. And they are promoting surprise frees. I asked the delivery person was I not suppose to receive a free surprise and he said “No. You have to have 14 delivers first.” That was not mention in the commercial or on line. I am sorry I ordered from them today. Put the pizza in the microwave to heat it up. And yes it tasted like microwave pizza.

my world hotel drama
Manager can’t really be the manager…my food was 15 minutes late and then when it finally came it wasn’t my order and it was burnt. No apologies and barely was able to catch delivery person so I didn’t pay for someone else’s food. He didn’t check the order with me to make sure it was mine. When I called back to store still no anything from manger. Tried again and ordered chicken Alfredo and no I mean no sauce. I ordered extra cheese this time on my pizza. No didn’t get extra cheese. Pizza not hot
