The pizza was delivered cold and burned on the edges. I spoke to manager apparently light sauce and thin crust always looks like this. Oh and was told it can’t be cold it just came out of oven. Good news you won’t have to worry about anything coming out of my wallet Domino’s any time soon.

Reading all these negative reviews I guess I’ll add mine. Ordered a pizza with no onions and received it with onions. They offered a free pizza but would need to pay the delivery fee and a tip. I escalated the call to the online help desk with their make it right guarantee. I was told they could waive the delivery fee but will still be paying a tip. I’ve ordered from the Burford hwy store for 25 years now and this is how they do me. Never again.

Hi! Not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this is completely unacceptable. Let’s keep it brief. I ordered a pizza for delivery. Guy shows up, seemed nice enough. Made small talk, handed me the pizza, and a receipt to sign-no problem. I sign it and leave a small tip (only bc he didn’t have to drive far, and I already tipped online) and hand him the receipt. This guy has the audacity to go “That’s it? You know most people tip at least 20%. This isn’t even .2%” I was literally dumbfounded and speechless. Proceeded to get upset and request that I tip him higher. At this point my dog in the background is getting upset (I guess he is a good judge of character ) and I told him “Sorry, I have to go” and THEN, icing on the cake, he goes “Just tell him to wait and you can fix this” Yeah, last straw, I said, “My dog is freaking out, I have to go” and went inside and locked my door. He is lucky I didn’t take the tip back. I am all for giving tips of appreciation etc etc, but please don’t act entitled like that. It’s so unacceptable and rude. I hope he gets better for the next paying customer, because I assure you, I won’t be one any longer.

usually order from here with no problems but today my order smelt like cigarettes. it doesn’t bother me if the driver smokes but my drinks reek of that sent and my kitchen smells like it now. disappointed 🙁

Order 3 large pizza befor 1 hour and tracker started to kickstart before 15 min of planned delivery time. 3 pizza got ready by planned time and I went 10 min late for pickup . Welcomed and got pizza with Little name confusion . We reached home and family absolutely loved it as it tasted better than all previous orders .

I like the renovations/updates to the inside and the outside parking lot. They have a Coca Cola refrigerator and a chalk board with the specials. Thanks Mr PAUL and Mr COURT for your excellent customer service. The pizza was hot and delicious. The steps for the kids to watch the dough show is a cool feature. As an adult I also enjoy the dough show which is watching pizzas being made. There are about six different dipping sauces to choice from. They have two red modern seating areas if you don’t want to watch the dough show from the counter area chairs or if waiting in your car isn’t what you want. This location is nice and clean. There are several new businesses in this lot and I’m looking forward to the continued growth.

After getting off of work, I stopped at this Domino’s Pizza. It was very late. With only ten minutes before closing time on a Friday, I walk in the door and the employee comes to the counter and is so very polite to me and asks, “How may I help you?”. Again this is ten minutes before they are to close and he is treating me just like every other customer and not as if I am a burden for trying to order when the establishment is preparing to shut down. Thank you for your wonderful service and the refreshing example of dedication and hard work that is lacking in so many employees that work in the service industry.

Just moved into the neighborhood and near this place but read a lot of bad reviews but to their credit they served me well the first visit. The pizza tracker was nice seeing the progress and very accurate, they even had my name on a board and when it said it’s ready sure enough it had just rolled out of the oven. The quality was fine and I would recommend.
