Nothing creative
Ordered 50 dollars worth of pizza and almost all of it was inedible. two pizzas had literally no sauce, when we asked for one with extra. and the cheese pizza had so little cheese you could see the crust through the no sauce it had, it also somehow tasted like pepsi and i’m not even sure how that could happen. Called and asked for a refund because it was FIFTY DOLLARS OF FOOD NOBODY COULD EAT, and the phone wasn’t answered after calling 5 times, when we called the next day we finally got connected to someone just for them to tell us that the refund was something wrong we were doing on our end even though i read the receipt to him word for word everything he asked, he said he would call back later and i received no call and when i tried to call back the next day there was apparently a refund issued already. it’s been a week and a half and still no refund!! Edit: Just remembered we also ordered garlic knots too and they weren’t even knots, they were just bread

My friend ordered the pizzas at the 1209 Maple Steet location over the phone. The payment was accepted and everything. Went there and it was closed. Spent hours on the phone just trying to get a person. We were transfered back to the closed location over the phone multiple times in a loop. Never got the pizzas. On the website it said the location is open.

Around March, my husband and I ordered almost $60 worth of food and they delivered to the wrong address. I called and the manager hung up while I speaking and we still have not received a refund. I even spoke with corporate twice and still no refund. We have not ordered from here since.

I ordered my food online and I even called ahead of time to make sure my order would be right and I got the food not to soon after. The delivery guy was on the phone majority of the time and he kept dropping his phone which. More than likely caused the pizza to become even worse. It is beyond greasy and the pizza has not been cut it is unorganized and beyond a absolute hot mess the twisted knots were burnt and the pasta was scarce.. the manager told me all she could do is give me store credit she refused to give me a refund because she claimed they don’t give refunds unless the food wasn’t given or it was canceled. She gave me store credit for only the pizza and the twisted knots. I will be calling cooperate and receiving a full refund this is the second time I have had a problem with this establishment. They will not be receiving my service any longer!I pAid over 28 dollars for this mess !!! Terrible service do not go here! The grease is even leaking from the box. I don’t even think the manger believed me she even told me if I come down there they could re-do the meal, but I am disabled and this would be extremely hard for me. She did not care and said well mam I don’t know what else to tell you.

I went in at Maple st to order a takeout order and they don’t even have change for anything. Girl cook was very rude when I turned to walk out and go across the street she laughed at me. Very unimpressed. Went next door and paid more money for same pizza but the service was delightful

I have worked in fast food, serving, and other customer service jobs. I get we all have bad days. I also get it can be frustrating and overwhelming at times. However, EVERY time we order from Domino’s on Maple St, it’s always something! When we try to get the mistake corrected, we are met with sarcasm and hostility, by the manager! This is unacceptable! I don’t understand how this manager has a job! I would’ve fired him a while back!

This has got to be the WORST domino’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ordered from here!! Not only that, but it’s the managers with this hostility!! When I call, and speak with someone they always say “well what do you want me to do about it”!! I’m beyond disgusted with the customer service, and the “I don’t care” attitudes!! They either need to get new employees, or close this location!! This has become ridiculous!!

So I came into GA about 1130 lastnight, I ordered online, and when I got to the store the young African American guy with dreads told me he didn’t have my order, then I showed him conformation, and he said he wasn’t going to make my order, because he was getting ready to close. I had 6 children to feed, and not even 15 mins after leaving I got a cancelation email from where he canceled my order!! This is the 3rd time in a months period me, or my family have had HORRIBBLE customer service!! The employees that are there just don’t care, and need to be shut down until they can find people that actually care about their customers!! Me, and several of my family members will be leaving reviews, and calling corporate, because this is ridiculous!!
