Tried the App and it didn’t allow for changes to be made to anything. For example, we wanted double meat on a sub and since it didn’t allow it through the app we decided to call and place the order. When we called it was answered at a call center, the person had a hard time understanding me, I had to spell “Willis” multiple times. I answered every question and they asked me to repeat each answer at least twice. I started the order and asked for double meat, was told that it wasn’t an option on the App that they were using, yes, the call center was using the app I already had on my phone, absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst dominos in the history of dominos. They are so slow it’s insane. Almost an hour wait for two pizzas for carry out. They have dropped my food in the floor and then made me wait while they remade it. The have insulted me on several occasions. Always at least 5 employees in the store and only one working. Save your money and time dine with papa John’s. Always have great service with them.

Ordered a pizza at 9:40pm , still didn’t have it around 11:30pm so I made a call and the male on the phone said that they only had one driver and that mine should be there in 30 minutes, I asked what time it was cooked and he said 10 , so I said “ that’s a 2 hour old pizza “ , I asked if I could have it recooked so I didn’t get a cold old pizza and he asked his manager and they said yes. Anyways , I NEVER received my pizza that I paid for. I received an email from dominoes saying “ sorry , let’s make it up to you “ it was for 60 points. I want my money back, I worked fast food , call your DM and tell them you cannot compete the togos right now and your getting lots of complaints and they will have it turned off until you are caught up. Get your restaurant together!!!

Order arrived 2 hours late and was cold and stale. Clearly had been sitting there for a while. Called the store and the manager said he’d send another pizza out. Cool. Its been two hours and nothing. I’ve currently been on hold for 25 minutes to talk to someone at store. Corporate doesn’t have a support team or number. This Dominos is clearly trying to take people’s money and take zero accountability for their mistakes.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our home. It arrived with one slice missing and a horrible mess! When we went to the corporate Plaza to return it the manager accused us of doing this and refused to give us another Pizza. Ordered pizza at approximately 8. Called store at 9 and was told “we only have 1 driver”. Called back at 9:30 was told (after being put on hold and passed around REPEATEDLY) that the order had NOT EVEN BEEN MADE and that “it’s best if you come in and pick up your food”. Unbelievable. If I could give this store no stars I would.
