This is my second bad experience with this Domino’s. This is how my pepperoni pizzas were made. The half of pizza is missing the “better”( not great at all slices) due to hungry kids. Otherwise I would have returned them both. The whole pizza hasn’t been touched. They both had almost no toppings, cheese or sauce. Just huge dry bubbled dough. I will not be returning to this location.

Had a carside pick up today, cause my daughter forgot her shoes when we took my oldest to work. The order was not planned so figured I’d do a carside. I get there, check in, the timer stops with 35 seconds left. I waited until 12:20 and I had to try to pick up my order. The door was locked but they finally let me in. I explained I had a carside since my daughter left her shoes at home she is 6, and nobody brought my order out and was wanting to get it. This man screams at me, Can’t you see I’m with a customer? What is this a privilege thing with you? I couldn’t believe how I was spoken to. I explained again that I needed to get my order, my daughter was in the car. He walks the 3 pizzas to me, shoves them into my arms and said, Now get out! I managed to say before I left that it was not a privilege thing at all, and that he needed to do his job! I am never going there again! I have carpal tunnel and arthritis in both my arms and hands, was wearing braces on both arms. The pain is significantly increased in both due to how these were given to me. He should be ashamed treating people like that. I don’t have his name but he is racist towards people.

Ordered pizza for delivery for my office at 11:27 on Friday 5/19/23. The store was 10 minutes from my work, so we ordered it for delivery. By 2pm, we had called attempting to speak to an employee and get an update on our order, and we could not get through to anything except a line with prerecorded advertisements. I ended up driving to the store and sitting for about 40 minutes and waiting for my pizza to be prepared. There were three total employees when I entered the store, and one of those employees greeted me and let me know they were extremely behind. She told me she could have my order to me by delivery in about 30 minutes, but gave me the option to wait. I waited. They started on my order and the woman who greeted me left to deliver another order. I believe she was the manager. That left two people in the building, one cook, and one cook in -training who seemed to have started the job that same day. They didn’t answer the phone the entire time I sat inside, which rang off the hook constantly. I don’t see this as a fault on the employees. Whoever is in charge of this branches operations is failing the employees that work on the branch level. They were extremely understaffed and could not handle the capacity of orders or phone calls coming in at all. The cook told the trainee to not even worry about answering the phone, which I don’t blame him, because they simply had no time to do so. Multiple people coming in the store were coming in for similar issues. These employees deserve to be treated with respect. This creates an extremely overwhelming environment for the few employees, which will prevent them from getting orders out in a timely manner. Staff your store, that way you won’t have high overturn and such unhappy customers. We never received any apology, discount, coupon, or refund for our delivery issues.

Tony the manager is very rude and doesn’t accommodate to pleasing customers, not even a little bit! Pizza was delivered with the wrong toppings & dough wasn’t even thoroughly cooked. No refund or credit, nothing. Lost a few good customers & spreading the word.

I can not believe I made a order @7:30pm & they came @ 9:30 pm from 1839 Mt Zion Rd Ste V6, Morrow, GA 30260. And the pizza was dry and cold. They told me it was on its way at 8:13pm. Am only 5 min’s away. If you are not able to keep good workers don’t take the ppl orders. Not professional at all. I will take it to corporate & B.B.B.

This Dominos has become sorry as hell! I’ve ordered here multiple times and had great pizzas! I have stopped coming as often because of the quality of my pizzas. I ordered one on today for curbside, the guy was after two minutes so they stopped the timer at 44secs, yet it took him another 2mins to come out. After receiving my order, and observing my pizza it looks terrible. When I try to pick up a slice, it literally isn’t even in the form of a slice of pizza. I will not be returning here anymore. I called the store to get my refund on this order, the you g lady said in order to get my refund on this item I would have to give the entire order back. I don’t typically fuss, but the twists were hard, fried together, some half done, and some looked like they have been nibbled on. Nope run my money back. Very unacceptable.
