Missed the estimated carside delivery window by over 40 minutes this past weekend. Poor quality pizzas received very late. Friendly staff did not seem to be able to keep up with the orders.

My little sisters got highly sick after ingesting a pizza from this location. This is the final straw! We’ve had plenty of other issues at this location such as delivering burnt pizzas, rude management and staff. This establishment has shown time and time again that they do not care about public health or customer support. We are more than lenient with businesses when it comes to operational concerns but this by far crosses the line. I highly suggest they find new management because this location will soon be one of the past.

We have been using this store for years! Always great service but this time something went terribly wrong. The pizza ordered with white sauce was dry as a bone with no sauce and a total of 8 onion slices… This takes CRACKER crust to the extreme. The second pizza was black as tar burnt, had open spots with no toppings, and was all slid around inside the box.. Assistant manager is replacing pizza’s but wasn’t very nice about it or apologizing for issue. Since this is the first time we have had issue with this store will keep using them.. but staff needs to be retrained.

I waited nearly 3 hours for a pizza on Saturday night. Ordered at 8:15 and received at 10:55 PM when the email estimate was 60 min. Pizza arrived tepid and no extra cheese or sauce as ordered. This was a free reward pizza so I guess they don’t care about those. Funny, because the free pizza was due to previous poor service and now I have another free pizza I may not even use.. I’d honestly rather have my money back than a perpetual cycle of “free” low-quality pizzas.

I think the pizza is delicious, and if you use a coupon, the price can’t be beat. But you get what you pay for. The customer service ranges from awful to bare minimum. They seem overstretched at any hour of the day.

We have ordered several times from this dominos and the food has always been GREAT quality. I know some times I have ordered and the wait time has been long, but it’s on the days they have been short handed, which I completely understand. Customer Service has always been too notch as well. 5 stars!!!!

I ordered my pizza at 5:20 pm and was told 28 to 38 minutes. At 6:30 I called to find out why my pizza was not delivered and the worker was very rude said they doing best they can and hung up on me.
