I’m so disappointed, I oder my pizza with wings , at the delivery no wings < Eric> the driver I paid him the full amount and he said he’ll be back with my wings , once I open my pizza I realized that no beef only chicken so I called the dude on the was like so want to teach me how to do my job , bro I spend my money and do not get what I paid for and dude said you need to bring it . Ive Been ordering pizza here for a year or more once a week. However as of today I will no longer do so!!! My order was for delivery which took approximately 2 hrs even though the restaurant is like 10 minutes away. Then when the pizza finally arrived it was cold and stuck to the box. Ordered online delivery. Manager called and said delivery was 2hrs behind and i could do carry out. I would receive a free item. I agree. I arrive to the store and its a Bunch of kids working here. Manager included. No structure. Not one employee had masks or gloves while handling food or money. And cashier kept walking away from register. One of the cooks hand to hand me my food cause she wasn’t to be found. And top it off they still messed up my order. They should just close this down. Waste of my time and money.

I ordered two medium pizza just a hour ago it said Raheem was making it I asked for light sauce I got enough sauce for 3 Pizza I asked for well done it was raw only the top had a little burn to it .. so I call and I asked for the person who it says was making my food I tell him what’s wrong he hangs up.. I called again and he hangs up for me again he says before he hangs up the second time the morning manager can help me and just hangs up if anyone can see my order it said lights off well done I live down the street to them for about 5 years is when I bought my house and some reason I never wanted to order from them only the Old national store but they don’t deliver to my address this is ridiculous

Outstanding..I waited for 35 plus minutes for carry out on a Friday night and what I saw was an incredible amount of team work and a dedicated group of people treating eachother well under extreme pressure. “Please and thank you” amongst them while working like a well oiled machine even when there were mistakes and disgruntled customers. Rarely in my travels have I seen this. Over 70 pizzas made in under 45 min and most all beautiful like this one. I hope you all keep setting the example for others. Cheers

So about a month ago I order over $60 bucks worth of food. When my food came it was an hour and a half late to the point I forgot about it, when it arrived it was freezing cold and I was told that they didn’t have a delivery driver so that particular driver came from another store to do deliveries so I called and spoke with the manager who told me that I will get my meal for free took down my name my information what it was that I ordered and said that I can call back and get another meal for free I would just have to pay for the delivery fee. So today I called back and spoke with the manager Jerome and was told that I could not get a free meal because it had been a month and that was too long he can only honor it if it had been a couple days. And honestly the only reason I waited to get another meal from them is because they evidently had employee issues so I didn’t want to go through that same thing again I’m disappointed that I spent all that money on a meal that I had to throw away cuz it was cold and it was gross and it really wasn’t free because I paid over $60 for it and I never ate the meal but never again I’m done with dominoes
