I waited 35 minutes untill the driver actually showd up, walking baack and forth in the rain because there;s 4 ways here. no one ever answered.

I personally want to come and thank Mr Quinton & Kate for their outstanding service over the past weekend. They were absolutely amazing, kind& helpful! Kate went above and beyond the call of duty and brought my pizza out to my car, due to the fact I had a lot of kids with me. Mr Quinton took the time to explain the menu to me to give me the best deal. Message to management: please acknowledge them for their wonderful service its very rare to find good service these days!! I will be returning.

Used our free pizza coupon to come and get a Pepperoni mushroom pizza. My friend thought there was a bug cooked into the pizza. I was like no way. We looked closer and it was indeed some kind of big, legs and all, like the full body of a bug cooked into the pizza. A burly white guy with a great beard prepared our pizza and when we called back and told him there was a bug in the pizza (2 slices were eaten) , he told us we have to call corporate. I feel like when a place has bugs, the people that work there know it and he shouldn’t have made such a big deal about rectifying his error (the bug was literally right on top with its legs in the air, he should have seen that lol). Don’t eat here unless you’re okay with the extra protein, honestly the pizza was good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. At least until maybe they fix their driver shortage. Ordered at 10pm. Was told it would be 45 minutes. I call and hour and half later and they tell me that they are super busy and only have one driver. I call again at 12:20 and was told it was out for delivery. It’s is now 1 am and I still have not received the pizza.

I placed an order at this location in Midtown Atlanta, 461 Ponce De Leon Ave. I ordered at 12:12 and just over 30 min later they marked it as “delivered.” I never received it. I called to question why it was marked delivered and they told me that the delivery guy who was supposed to take my pizza didn’t take it and it went to another delivery guy so they just marked it delivered. They then said it would arrive shortly. I live 0.5 miles from the location. An hour went by so I called 3 times and all 3 times they answered the phone and then immediately hung up. THE ORDER NEVER CAME.

All of my food was messed up in some way. delivery driver made me walk two blocks to meet him because he couldn’t just pull up next to the hotel I am staying at. Extremely late delivery. What didn’t go wrong?

Unfortunately, I had to give one star. Outside of that, I wouldn’t have gave any AT ALL. I spoke to a representative at 9:08pm and she was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke to pertaining any customer service. My order was incorrect as I order two 20 oz. sodas. One was correct and the other wasn’t. When I called the store, she tells me that the driver tried to call me to identify what soda I want as they were out of 20 oz Cokes. The only phone call I received was from a recorded line indicating my delivery will be here shortly (see picture). Then whomever this young lady is having a conversation in the background as I’m not on the phone. She didn’t try to make it better as I told her don’t worry about it and she just literally hung up the phone in my face. CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE!!!! Domino’s will not have to worry about me ever ordering pizza from them again as I wanted to give them a try. I should’ve followed my mind and went to PAPA JOHN’S originally and their pizza is better. So sad!!! Keep the customer first!! Especially if they are truly being kind to you and spending their hard earned money to support your location.

I haven’t had Domino’s in years. I didn’t know they slice their round pizzas into weird rectangles. The thin crust is nice and crispy and it was ready when I arrived. I’ll remember to ask for the traditional cut so every slice has a dry crust to grab :/
