NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience. I walked in and there were at least 4-5 people working. I told them my name, and they gave me the wrong pizza (even saying the right type of pizza when they handed it to me). I got home, realized their error, tried to call them (no answer), drove back – was probably gone a total of 12 min and my original pizza was now “gone.” I asked for my money back. They acted like they didn’t care. Then somebody from there called me saying they could make another pizza and I was not going to drive back up there a third time. NO offer to give me a discount or free pizza in the future.

Called to double check on my order that they said would be 30 mins that ended up being an hour late. When I asked the female worker if they received the telephone number that I gave for updates she immediately got an attitude stating that the number I was calling from wasn’t the same number that I put on the order. I don’t understand what difference that made but then she starts communicating with the manager about what I’m saying and he yells in the background “IM ONLY ONE PERSON WHAT DO THEY WANT ME TO DO!”. The lady hands him the phone and starts going off and cursing in the background. From that point I tell them I’m calling corporate because they were acting trashy af and unprofessional. I have never been talked to or treated like that. How are customers supposed to know that y’all are under staffed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BE BACK!! The pizza was getting delivered to a school for my daughters 5th birthday and needed to be there during a certain time. Getting an attitude because I’m asking questions is insane and unstable. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!

Sooo I placed an order at like 845 and by 920 I saw that it was still being prepared so I’m like something has to be wrong because it’s taking so long so I got up and went to the dominoes and sad to say the power went out, and the system was down and they didn’t have anybody’s order but OG Vince a worker there was so nice, fast and friendly and the customer service from Anthony and the staff was just so amazing that I wasn’t even Hangry anymore. They made my pizza immediately and kept good company while I was waiting for it so kudos to you guys and thank you for working so hard to make us happy on this rainy Friday night.

Ordered from them last night and they delivered the wrong pizza. When I tried calling I was on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered. When I tried reporting wrong item delivery on the app, it never gave me the option to receive a refund. Instead they offered me a future free pizza, which why would I want this if the store was unable to correctly deliver me what I asked for. Hadn’t ordered dominoes In Years before last night and now I remember why.
