Was in town today from Alabama and thought I’d get some pizza for the road. I ordered 1 large Philly steak pizza without mushrooms, one large buffalo chicken pizza, and A double order of parmesan bites. When we got down the road I discovered that the Philly pizza had mushrooms on it. I can’t eat mushrooms and I was too far away to go back. I feel like it was a simple request to not put the mushrooms on the pizza. So I got stuck with a large Philly pizza that went in the trash. The man working was awesome when we ordered and I even gave him a tip. So now I feel like I tipped him to mess up my order. Spent $55 and some change for half of it to go to waste. Sad.

I placed an office order from this location and waited over 2 hours for the pizzas to arrive. Mind you, we are 0.8 miles away from this location. Pizzas finally came and they were cold and the wrong kinds of pizzas. I called a nd spoke with Darien (probably not his name) and was advised the manager could not take my call because she was making pizzas. I asked why he couldnt make the pizzas and she answer the call and he stated bcuz he is working the oven smh. He then took the message and said the general manager Romona would be contacting me. Lets see if that really happens. smh This review is negative 3 stars but it wouldnt let me do it lol

Watched my order be prepared by guy with his bare hands. No gloves I mean palmed the pastas, chicken everything with his bare hands. I asked if they make them wear gloves he said no mam. Had to get a refund that is gross because everything you touched even dead skin is now in my food gross.

DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I’ve been a loyal domino’s customer but this store is straight up awful. Stores have off days from time to time and I get it but this store is nothing but problems always. Our previous order the crust was awful and wrong and we just decided to write it off to a bad day but this order was very late and lukewarm and when we called we were on hold for 20+ minutes and no answer. Save yourself the headache. Will be charging back my purchase through my bank because I can’t even get someone on the phone to issue a refund.
