Rude and incompetent–just like everyone else says. If you like waiting 2 hours for an order that never shows up–and then being blamed by the manager for having the audacity to order it “contactless,” then order from here. Otherwise, save your money.

I can see why the reviews are so bad. Ordered pizza with lava cakes and received a brownie instead. James, manager was extremely rude when I called about it and said that because they tried to call and got no answer, they just substituted as their “policy.” The order confirmation says that if they call about an order and can’t reach you, they will not deliver the order, not that they will substitute. James continuously interrupted me, talked over me and then hung up on me. When I called back, he refused to give me his supervisor’s name. His offer was to give me a credit on my NEXT order. I am visiting and won’t have a NEXT order. Worst service EVER. However, the gentleman who delivered the food was very nice.

I tried Dominos for the first time in years, and it was not good at all! I was just eating thick bread and a taste of cheese. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza and very few toppings. I would’ve been better off ordering bread sticks! I spent $20 and it was a total waste!

As stated in the MANY negative reviews below, I too would award that store a NEGATIVE star if possible. Following an unrealistic delay for my order, 90+ minutes, when someone FINALLY answered the phone, they were adamant (and very rude… when did manners die in the South, this ain’t NY!?!) that it was a “recorded line”. I will suggest this, since 99% of my interactions with other Domino’s stores are decent and worth the money, how about Corporate Domino’s pull these “recorded phone calls” and turn them into a teaching tool during their training on “How You Don’t Domino”!?!? At least that way, there would be something positive gained from such a negative experience. Dudes, It is JUST PIZZA, How hard can it BE?!?! I’ll be visiting Papa J’s next time.

I would give ZERO to Negative rating if I could. Ordered online and after 2 hours of waiting for my order then they canceled it. Tried to call them and no one ever picks up the phone. I suggest to never go to this store and boycott it to prove a point. This issue needs to be fixed.

Ordered a pineapple and spinach pizza, and brownies. Only to be given a 4 day old I’m assuming half veggies and cheese. Called to see if they could fix my order only to have them hang up 3x, picked up by a rude individual the 4th. Eventually requested a refund, so let’s see if that happens.

Ordered online. Will never order from this location again. Received the pizzas, the cheese wasn’t melted and the crust was falling apart. I purchased 5 additional sauces and did not receive a single one. The toppings were supposed to be on half of the pizza and it was on top of all but 2 slices. Papa Johns for the win.
