Almost every time I order at this location my order gets canceled. The apparent reason for this each time is they are not delivering at that time. This is during the afternoon and nights. Seems like on busy nights(holidays and weekends) they refuse to deliver. If that’s a staffing issue it’s not much of an excuse outside of pandemic times. This evening my wife tried to order a pie and when the order was canceled she called and asked why, the person said they weren’t delivering tonight and when my wife asked if they could just turn deliveries off online so people would know they hung up on her. Things like that always happen here, the one time I did get food delivered I got the wrong pies and when I called to get the right pies delivered they acted as if it was my fault and tried to charge me for delivery and one of the pies. After explaining to the person I had no issue taking this up with the owner and that this needed to be corrected without any money out of my pocket they finally sent out the right food. Still, this is all not okay and possibly the worst food location I’ve ever dealt with. I guess I should know better by now but I guess I also just hope they re staffed or just would do better. Oh well, last time ordering here was tonight. The owner and managers should be ashamed of their terrible customer service.

I ordered online,before Feb 2023 the taste was good Quality & Quantity also good..after Feb 2023 to till now I ordered 3 times the taste not good..it seems like dry hard base of pizza ,and not fresh..I’m the regular customer of Dominos for this store..I’m sorry next time I didn’t go to visit this store of dominos.May be I will try another store branch domino’s.

I don’t know who they hired to run this store, but they’re awful. I’ve paid my money to get two free pizzas. That’s me spending over $100, not counting tips, in order to receive them. I made an order at 8pm on Friday (they don’t close until 1am), for my pizzas sides and drinks. Then my order is cancelled an hour later. They didn’t even call to state why. I called them and they refuse to answer the phone. This is not the first time. I order from here at least 3 times a week for the last 2 months. This franchise owner needs to clean house. Their weekend team is the worst and is costing the owner money and customers. I’ve tried to stick with them, but they disappoint consistently. They don’t deserve even one star. Just order from Papa Johns up the street, this place is worthless.

Ordered online for delivery, it’s been over an hour and the tracker is still set on “prep”, hasn’t even moved to “baking”. Have been trying to call the store, but just sit on hold with no answer. Absolutely insane. Oh, and if you chose the option for “order a pizza” when you call instead of “all other inquiries”, you won’t be sent to the store as they’ve outsourced this option. Bonkers! Never again.

Placed an order online and got a message that my delivery was cancelled. I called the store and asked why it was cancelled and was told “yeah, we aren’t delivering tonight” I said “ can you turn that option off online or something?” And he hung up on me. I work in a restaurant that does may more sales that this place could ever imagine doing and now I know why. I will not order from a dominos anymore thanks to the incompetence of this one!!

This food was absolutely not it! Everything was wrong with every part of the order. I requested for the pizza to be pie cut, and it came square cut. Not only did they get the cut wrong, but I also ordered spinach on half the pizza which didn’t happen. There was spinach on a 1/4 of the pizza with no cheese beneath! The chocolate lava cakes were wayyy too done; they smelled like the bottom of a glass pan if you had brownies in the oven for about 5-7 minutes too long. To top it all off, the pasta was a great display of a lack of quality control. I was about 1/3 of the way into my pasta when I saw an eyelash of a different color and curl pattern than mine!! I called to request a possible refund, and all they could say was they’re sorry and they’ll make it free for the next order even after I said I’m never ordering again. It was like speaking with a robot. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed by this experience once again, and I am officially DONE with Domino’s. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. I’ll be going to Blue Moon, Papa John’s, Marco’s, Jet’s, etc before ordering from here again. (Photos for credibility and proof of requests)

Used to buy from here often but man it’s gone downhill. Today I went to order and it said they weren’t taking orders through the app and to call in to place order… weird but ok. Call in and it redirects to some guy who can’t speak English very well who says this location isn’t currently taking carry out orders… ok then what about driver? Oh no no delivery… so this store is just closed? No it’s not closed… then how are they going to refuse to take any orders? Absolutely wild.
