I normally have a great experience with this Dominos; however, tonight has been terrible. They canceled my order randomly. When I tried to call the store to see what was wrong, they let the phone ring for a few minutes before picking up the phone and putting it back down so that it would hang up on me. It was easy to hear the rustling of the person answering in the background. I am so disappointed.

The what I think is the morning manager Stephanie was VERY rude to me and my co-worker. My co-worker walked over there first and asked how much a hawian pizza would be, and then Stephanie told her she would have to wait a minute to see. Then, I didn’t even look or act like my co-worker was there. My co-worker waited and waited, but still no one helped her. She then came back to Subway, and I told her I’d go and just get some pineapple and we could make our own pizzas. Since it would be less of a cost anyway. So I went over there and asked Stephanie if they had any pineapple and was willing to pay for just pineapple, but she then told me that they were out of pineapple. So, my co-worker orders a hawian pizza online, and the next thing you know, we got a pizza with pineapple on it. When I went over there to pay and get the pizza, Stephanie had replied “the girls back.” The fact we had to go through all that and with Stephanie being rude like she was. She does NOT deserve to be a manager or even a worker. I am close to most of the domino people, and most of them are super nice and funny.

This store needs new ownership and/or management! We ordered over 90 min ago and now I’m driving up there to find out what’s going on. Placed on hold for over 5 min. Hung up. This is the SECOND time this store has done this. 1st time, we waited 2 hrs for delivery, only for food to never be delivered. I called, was placed on hold, drove to the store while still on hold, and discovered they hadn’t even MADE the pizzas yet. I waited some more & got them free. Today sure as heck better be free too. Ordered pizza online and had a free rewards pizza. I guess when the pizza is free you get less toppings on it! There was a reason I didn’t order from here in years and went back because we want the Philly cheesesteak pizza. See attached photos for what a free Philly cheesesteak pizza looks like!

Order food around 5 . Tracker said Justin was checking it at 6:07 pm . I called at 6:40 manager said it was good and driver was on his way. Food arrived at 7:04 pm. Dries and burt. Driver had a. Attitude took the food thrower it in the bag and sped out of driveway down the road.

Tv offer fro $7.99 pizza any type crust was not honored. Had to pay $8.99 for middle size. Got home our Pan pizza had no marinara sauce, just cheese with a few pepperoni. The pizza wasn’t even cut into slices. This location is a joke! We will never order a pizza again from here. There’s always a problem with the staff and the pizza. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating!

Braselton store. Ordered pizza early Friday night. After 2 hours called store asking for status. Store told us “don’t order on Friday night”. Basically we are failing to deliver, are short staffed and FO. Pizza arrived looked and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for 1.5 hours. Only positive is that the driver did apologize. Store staff couldn’t care less. We will take the advice and not order from them.
