Last night I received the worst pizza I’ve ever received in my life. The photo speaks for itself. It was either dropped or sloppily put together. Most likely it was both because the pizza was RAW. Completely white on the bottom and when I took a bite it was dough.

Delivery service is poor. The delivery driver “Jared” (I hope the management sees this and corrects this behavior) forgot the beverage portion of my order. I asked if he would please bring it to complete the order, he said sure, come and get it, and left it outside of the floor because he didn’t want to climb the stairs again to fix his mistake. First and last time ordering delivery from this establishment. I wish I could reverse the tip.

TERRIBLE!!!! Sometimes we are busy with work and have to order in. All we asked for was extra cheese and 2 toppings. Half of the pizza barely any cheese, some pieces no cheese. Very few toppings. I’m complaining because it was 50 bucks! Tried to discuss it with the “manager” and she hung up on me. Peytons or Napolis next time! They are always great!

I order here quite frequently either online or calling, sometimes delivery, sometimes i pick it up on my way home. Never once have I had any issues. Food is always hot and fresh, people are always kind and thoughtful and considerate. I even watched one man get his wallet back after one of the staff went out of their way to find him and notify him where it was. Not one problem in 8 years. I’m serious. That’s amazing! Thanks guys.

We had ordered ahead for a birthday party so they would have plenty of time to get it delivered for the celebration and they were still 40 minutes late. Pizza was hot and tasty but the birthday party was delayed. Good pizza. Slow delivery.

I would not give a star if that was possible. This is the second time I have had issues but this time I am angry. Instead of the manager trying to take care of a customer he blamed everything on me. They left my order outside. I was never notified that the order was here. I had to call to find out what happened. Before I could finish what I was saying he hung up on me. When I asked that a tip not be added he processed to inform me he would not listen to me about them stealing. I have work in the food industry for 20 years. You never treat a customer this way. Worst attitude I have dealt with in a long time!!!! I will never order at the store again.

I came by after work. I wanted to try different things that didn’t actually go together. Well, Luca made that happen. Even though they were busy, make line did not stop moving, orders didn’t stop dropping and he was really attentive, kind and patient. I used to work at Dominos and I know how hard it is to manage it all and he did a great job.

I have been ordering from this location for pass year . Over 30 orders because of our pizza Friday’s for the kids! Despite seeing everyone’s comments. This location has indeed messed up on my orders. But don’t let that drive you away. This location has always made it right, By giving me either another pizza or comping me. I will still continue to order from them because they do customers right. And that’s what customer service is about. They fix what’s wrong, no place I have been to is perfect or a robot … People might have a bad experience but they still continue to order with this location in my books your one stars should be four or five star. Last time I ordered they messed it up but today I ordered and they exceeded my expectations on my pizza. Continue to keep up the good work guys ! not everyone in this world is bad.
