Been ordering from this store since we moved to statham and have had no complaints until our last 2 orders. First 20 orders were fine. Now, they’ve quit carrying ham, so no more Hawaiian pizzas, and then tonight we get a large Brooklyn pizza and it’s somewhere between and medium and a large. Not acceptable and I pass the pizza hut to get to dominos.

I order online for my grandchildren regularly. Lol The specials are great. I earn points, and I suggest everyone take advantage of that. You build points fast. Pretty sub par experience today. We ordered two pizzas, both were poorly made. Giant bubbles in the crust and this one in the picture only had cheese on like three of the slices. I called and asked politely for a refund or credit for next time. The employee on the phone wasn’t super helpful and was kinda rude. Don’t know if I’ll be ordering from here anymore.

Passing thru Statham and stopped for gas and noticed the Domino’s in the same shopping plaza. I had no dinner plans so I decided to grab a pizza. I had actually received a coupon via text earlier in the day. I walked in and was greeted by staff although they were busy. Was informed the coupon was for online orders only. Went back to the car, placed my order and drove over to curbside to pick up my small pizza. When I got home 15 minutes later, the pizza was still hot and was the best Dominos pizza I’ve ever had…sausage and pepperoni. Looking forward to stopping thru again when I’m in the area! It was delicious and the staff were kind. One of the drivers waved at me while I was at the gas pump not knowing I was waiting on my pizza. I felt welcome!

So I normally don’t review quick style pizza however when it’s bad it’s bad and then I’ll make a review. So we ordered a bunch of pizzas and for pick up. My sister and my dad went to the location at the time specified and when they arrived they it wasn’t ready and the order was incorrect. They told my sister the order was placed wrong and made them pay for a cheese pizza instead of fixing the order and replacing a pepperoni with a cheese. As they were discussing it the female staff got an attitude and rolled her eyes at my elderly father and sister. When my sister called them out she lied about having an attitude and rolling her eyes at them. After they received all the pizzas and wings and got home, they weren’t given any wing sauces. The cheese pizza that they gave late wasn’t even cooked and had to be placed in the oven for 20 minutes to make it edible.
