Don’t order here. I did a pickup for pizza and bread sticks. Went to eat pizza and hair was baked inside my crust. I called and they kept hanging up on me. I ended up calling and the person said they were the manager, then I told them what happened and they said they had to get another manager and will call me back. No one ever called me back.

Worst experience. Not ordering from that dominos. They would rather lose you as a customer than to remake a 5.99 pizza. It’s sad. No ownership of issues or customer experience. I gave them my pizza and when he handed my pizza back to tell me the manager said they wouldnt remake it because it wasnt their fault. Mind you this pizza has tomato sauce and garlic. The order was wrong from the jump smh.Then they gave me the pizza back with a freaking roach in it. Can’t make this stuff up… couldnt even eat the pizza he handed back after that. If you do carry out have them open that pizza in front of you at that drive thru or when you are inside.

If I could give it a zero I would! The manager Alexa and Julie are very rude. I called because I ordered a chicken habanero chicken sandwich as you can see this is what they gave me. I have ordered this sandwich so many times from different dominos restaurants and they never looked like this. I called and talk with Alexa and told her about it but she claimed it was right because she was the one made it but how? If you look at the sandwich and how it suppose to be u know that’s not right! Alexa claims she makes the sandwich a lot well if she have I’m here to say she don’t need to make ANYMORE! She was rude and told me I could come get a refund so I did go after I got off but the other manager Julie says Alexa says I can’t get a refund but she told me I could n then Julie says well you can’t get a refund it’s our policy we don’t give refunds we just remake them ( which is a lie). Julie slammed the drive thru door in my face while I was talking so cooperate will hear about this! Alexa and Julie should be fired they have bad attitudes. No one should ever order from this location, highly unlikely to recommend this location.

Staff are largely not concerned with timeliness, cleanliness, or fulfilling correct orders. It’s almost impossible to get them to answer the phone to order, and online orders are often wrong with no actionable recourse to take. While the chain as a whole is okay, this location is not.

I ordered last Friday. I called multiple times after receiving it and never got an answer, also tried emailing and getting a hold of head quarters. The bread and chicken pizza were over cooked. The one with pepperoni was supposed to have sausage as well but you can see that there’s literally 2 pieces on it. I paid 30 bucks and didn’t even enjoy it.

Tired of waiting on pizza to be delivered after waiting 1.5 hours. Call store to check why it hasn’t been delivered and get put on hold and u can hear the workers pick the phone up to rehold it.

In the delivery instructions I asked them to draw balloons inside the box lids. It was my autistic son’s 4th birthday, but they didn’t know that. It made his night! The food was great, and the gesture was priceless!
