So after working 9 hrs today I didn’t want to cook when I got home. So I wanted to find something quick to eat. Start going through my emails because I really wanted Pizza Hut, but no deals. I kept looking and saw I had a free pizza at Dominoes. So I ordered online for curbside delivery. Needless to say I got another free pizza for it not being brought out within the 2 minutes. I actually got out to go get it after almost 10 mins of waiting on someone to come out. I didn’t look at my food until I got home. The wings I ordered were nothing like the advertised picture shows. At all.. Extremely disappointed. Looks like they just drizzled sauce on some very skimpy wings. Disappointed

Ordered through their app online. Arrived at the restaurant and went through the app to inform them I had arrived. The app stated my order was ready and would be out in 3 mins or less. After 3 mins and no pizza the app informed me that I was receiving a free pizza for my order being late coming out. Waited another 10 mins and still no order. Finally my husband got out and went inside to get the order which had been ready the entire time and no one took the time to bring it out. Got home and everything was cold, had to reheat it all in the microwave and the flavor was not the same.

We ordered a Plain Cheese Pizza which did mange to be made correctly… Props to them, you earned your star! That being said we also ordered a Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza, what arrived was a Pizza with Every topping under the sun except the two toppings I asked for. When I tried to call back we were put on hold indefinitely and did not ever recieve the correct pizza. If good customer service is of importance to you this is the worst restroom of a restaurant your money can be wasted on

I ordered about 4 pizzas and I had an hour wait time, when I got there they still weren’t done with my pizzas but they were very short staffed. When my pizzas were finished they were fresh and hot and the employees were so nice to me regardless of all the other people that were yelling at them about something they couldn’t help.

We bought their pan pizza, just a cheese pizza. We expected a cheese pizza. What we got had no sauce and hardly any cheese. So basically a round pizza shaped order of breadsticks with no dipping sauce. Not my first disappointing visit at this location. I’m done.

After receiving notification that my online order was ready, I enter the establishment- glorious pizza aroma filling my nostrils, so excited for my first meal of the day after 12 straight hours of work outside in the heat with no snacks or breaks- and I am silenced before I even speak a word. “ITS NOT READY!” yells a woman behind the counter, as I abruptly awaken from the daze of pizza fantasy. I foolishly believed her, although I couldn’t help but notice multiple pizzas completed and ready for pickup sitting on the racks. I patiently waited to be asked for my name, and after 5-10 minutes, my wish was finally granted. I tell the woman my name, and she hastily grabs one of the pizzas from the rack (The Very Rack On Which Pizzas Had Been Resting The Entire Time…). Alas, there was no apology, no remorse, and no garlic butter, despite it being displayed on the receipt. I can only hope this employee finds it in her heart to reform, for there is no greater joy than receiving a delicious pizza after a long, hard days work.

I wanted to change my previous review from a few months ago. I previously had a very unpleasant experience but tonight I gave them another shot. My food was delicious, delivered quicker than quoted, and the driver was very pleasant. I’m not sure what was going on the time before, but this time was a huge improvement over the last time.

I would give 0. They need retraining. My husband placed 2 orders over the phone for pickup. Large thin crust pizza with alfredo sauce, and 3 toppings,spinach, green peppers and provolone . She was saying the sauce was a topping. Since he wasn’t sure he said ok. The other Large thing crust with 3 toppings. Sauge, pepperoni, salami. He hangs up so I asked about the order. I called back about the order for the alfredo sauce. She said it was a topping, I said it wasn’t. Instead of the marinara sauce I wanted the alfredo sauce. She asked another guy if that was a topping or not. Smdh!! He said it’s not then said it is, their laughing and not taking the order seriously with the back and forth of it is or not!!! I told her I wanted the green peppers , she said ok then he says the pizza is ready so I said I’m on my way. I went thru therapy today I was hungry, hungry and not feeling good. I go over there. Looked at the pizza and asked her about the green peppers. Said the pizza was done and couldn’t put it. I looked at the other one. I asked where’s the salami? She says it’s underneath. I was beyond frustrated with the carelessness of these workers tonight. I will not come back to this place till they understand what are the sauces and what are the toppings cause they need to be retrained!! Or get a new crew! I got home with no green peppers on one and no salami on the other, yes they lied to me in my face and still had to pay $17.10. No discount. No sorry. No fixing. What a waste of a place.

Placed an order using coupons for pickup.. they alerted me saying the order was ready but when I arrived, they said my coupons weren’t valid, even though they were for that location, and they also hadn’t made my order. They could have called instead of wasting my time. The cashier guy was either having a bad day or shouldn’t be working the front counter because he got really snazzy with me and I witnessed him treat another customer rude as well. I would have paid for it and used my coupons elsewhere, but I wasn’t waiting another 30 mins for my order, and the cashier didn’t make it any better.
