This location just needs to be shut down. I placed an order online and after 45 minutes of the tracker saying “prep” I decided to spend 15 more minutes trying to call up there with no answer. Drove to the store to see why an order I placed an hour and a half ago was still being “prepped”. I was oh so welcomed by a tall gentlemen with glass who asked for the name and delivery address. He then stated he couldn’t find the order, after scrambling for a few seconds he then says he found it and they skipped over it. I told him I just wanted a refund for the order. He then proceeds to tell me they are now putting it in the oven now if I can just wait. I again told him I wanted to cancel the order unless they are going to provide a refund for the delivery charge and driver tip I paid for. He then says “it’s cancelled” and throws 3 receipts on the counter. 2 of which aren’t even mine and contain other peoples addresses and credit card information. COUNT YOUR DAYS!!

This time… this has been by far the most friendliest experiences I’ve had at this location! Steven, the manager at this site takes this job seriously enough to provide a very excellent customer experience! Came in with a school coupon, showed me best way to use it, and offered better solutions tailored to my specific needs. Then he helped me add to my to go order at last second without skipping a beat…. great job! Can’t wait to come again!

Didn’t get my salad. Called the driver was not nice at all about it. Called the store on hold an hour and still on hold when I walked in the door. She acted like it was my fault I wanted the money back. Oh he is being your salad an hour later was okay. No when I get home a neighbor dog had that salad on the ground as it was left on the steps in the rain. We will not be ordering here again. I didn’t want to go out ended up having to anyways. Service was bad employee on the inside calling manager when I walked in with the food with attitude.

We were traveling from Florida we got problem to placing our order online so we have decided to call the location at exit 1 475 hwy Hartley bridge road we were trying from two different phone lines and simultaneously we had placed an order online and keep trying calling the location for customization of our order we had try from two different lines for 45 mins nobody has pickup the phone by the time we reach to the location we have showed the speaker phone to the front desk lady that we were trying to reach you but there was no response shockingly there were no customer at the place and no orders and 4 people were just getting ready to go home and they were not ready to listen to us bluntly they ask us what’s the order name and how you want to pay cash or card. We were so hungry so we picked up the order and we want raised this issue to the @ area manager.

So when I called I asked if the chicken wings were on the mix and match deal and was told yes so I ordered some buffalo wings and cheese garlic bread. And also asked for a marinara for my bread and a ranch for my wings. I got a call back saying the chicken wings were not on the pair deal and the price was higher than what I was quoted so then I asked to have it changed to the buffalo bites and that’s where the problem began I waited for over an hour and a half to get my food finally when my food arrived my cheese garlic bread was just cheese bread and I got the chicken wings the driver told me the price I was quoted before my order had changed if I didn’t wait for so long or think that they would tamper with my food I would have raised a stink instead of just giving them only two stars I did get sauces however. Wings were incredibly small maybe two bites per bone and I got garlic on the side of my cheese bread and blue cheese instead of ranch two stars and you guys deserve it

The lady that’s working as manager at night sometimes, can’t remember her name, is BY FAR THE RUDEST PERSON I’VE EVER LET IN LIFE! I’ve never been disrespected by ANYONE in my whole life! 12/31/22. Terrible rude and slow service. While I was there,, a man knocked wings off the pan. He picked them up and put them right back on the pan with the other wings.. Worst though is that while I waited on my order, a guy working at the subway next door, came here, apparently got pot from a dominos employee and stepped right out front and smoked the pot right in front of the door.
