Very rude girl that brought out our pizza. We ordered online being we were out of town and had a truck and trailer not knowing the size of their lot but we parked out of the way where ppl could still get by and she was like you need to get that out of here so my customers can come in , we will not be back. We own our own business as from experience customer service should be top of ur list. Will not be back just from that rudeness!!

My order was in Prep mode for 2 hours. Tried calling the store after the first hour to inquire why it’s taking so long, but they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Was on automated hold for over 20 minutes before i finally gave up. Evidently they finally made the order, which entered Quality Check, then delivery……..3 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED!!!!! And if that’s not bad enough, it was never delivered, yet said it was, and I am still being charged for it. I’ve reached out to customer service a couple times, and they won’t refund my money. So congrats Dominos, you have lost a loyal customer for ALL your branches because of how horrible this one is.

Never delivered our pizza, refused to refund the delivery fee and tip when we had to drive to pick it up after 2 hours because they wouldn’t answer their phone or cancer the order. Everything they could do wrong they did do wrong. I understand getting busy or being understaffed, but how they handled it was just ridiculous.

This review is coming from the constant extremely cold pizzas I continue to receive. I am a loyal customer and order a lot, but something has to be done with either timing or the warm bags. My pizza never arrives HOT or even WARM, always, always cold. Last time ordering from Dominos.

Took 90 mins after we ordered, 60 mins after our food had been “quality inspected”, delivery driver was still 5-10 minutes away, we had to call to cancel for our own health. Management and franchise owners should be embarrassed. Having worked at pizza joints when I was younger I can tell you anything longer than 30 mins is physically unsafe to eat. Not worth it. I’d be embarrassed to have my name attached to this dominos.
