Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.

Well, we decided to give it one more try, but here we are nearly three hours after placing the order and still nothing. There has (almost) never been a problem with the the pizza itself, but the delivery service from this location is absolutely abysmal. If you can’t deliver in even close to a reasonable amount of time, DON’T ACCEPT THE ORDER! Seriously, why risk even more reviews and worse by taking on work that you are not competently capable of doing? If there is any way for the Dominoes corporation to revoke your franchise license they should act upon it. GIVE THE &%$@ UP, you’re not capable of running a fast food pizza joint. In the grand scheme of things, that’s really sad. Really.

I could literally drive to the store, buy all the ingredients, drive home and make the pizza from scratch faster than this location would even start preparing my order. This is the worst location don’t waste your time. Yes they give you a free pizza every time they screw up, which is every single time, but it will take you 2-3 hours to get your order.

This Dominos is truly God awful, yet I still continue to order from them. Why? Because any time it takes 2-3 hours to get your order (which happens more often than not) the company emails you a free offer. I’ve been waiting for this current order for about 1 hour and 45 minutes now. I think I’m going to hit the two hour mark with this one. Woo-hoo for the newest offer the company will send me for waiting so long!

This is the worst dominos experience I’ve ever had by a long shot. I’ve order twice and delivery times are over two hours both times. Customer service is completely non existent. They won’t answer the phone. I can’t believe I even tried a second time. Never never order from this location

Unfortunately not a great experience with delivery speed, tracker, food accuracy, and quality. Corporate Dominos should add an estimated wait time before ordering and update the tracker to note when they actually start making the order. 85-95 minutes what is the wait time displayed in small text on the email confirmation. After waiting over 2 hours I drove to the

I wish I could give 0 Stars to this Store. For real, I have never experienced such a horrible customer service/delivery timing. I can’t believe I’m waiting for 1h45 min to eat Dominos. Eating cold pizza is not fun or good… Do not spend your money at this location. Management team should work on this issues that has been occurring for the past 6 months or more. It seems that they don’t care so I’m never giving them my business again.

The young ladies that was running the place las night was very rude and curt! It started to rain and called me 30 mins after I placed my order and told me I could pick it up or they would cancel it cause they “had no drivers”. I told the young lady I was coming to pick it up and I get a notification that my order was canceled. I called back was placed on hold and then hung up on. Called back again got the call center. Called back again got the young lady Angelique? Or her associate and got an attitude. Ask for the managers name and the area or District manager name and was told that they couldn’t give out that information. Went to pick up the food. Two cars was out front with toppers on them and everyone was sitting on their phones. Get home my food is cold. This is absolutely a no go! You can do better by your customers and have a better staff. I will never order from this particular store again!

I waited 2hrs for my delivery tonight and all was far from lost. Allow me, please,to set the stage. Thursday night, 7pm, terrible weather and in the middle of their 50%off pizzas promo. As I am 43yrs old, this isn’t a first time experience of mine when ordering takeout. Extended delivery times come with the territory (not leaving the comforts of home). So instead of flooding the phone lines with questions and complaints about the whereabouts of my order,I simply preheated my oven to 350°. As expected, it was less than piping hot upon arrival but a short 5 minutes in the oven did the trick. The ExtravaganZZa pizza was perfectly prepared by the way. So I ask this of my fellow stayers-in. Let’s try to be a part of the solution and not the problem. Lend your sons and daughters, your nieces and nephews to the part-time work force. As you can see,we’re all shortstaffed as it is. If you have not teenage labor to give, then I ask that you give instead, your patience, your compassion and your understanding. That being said, I applaud the staff of the Domino’s Pizza of McAlpin Square on Victory Dr. I applaud you for standing up instead of giving up. Job well done to you all.
