We always order online to earn points to get a free or discounted pizza after spending a certain amount of money. It’s just the 3 of us home most of the time unless the boys are home visiting, anyways needless to say our orders are usually small and under $10 as I’m not a huge pizza fan. We just found out that any order made under $10 will not earn points. Ur order must be over that. Extremely disappointed! Domino’s needs to make a change and give points or credits for ALL ORDERS! Pizza was good though!

Made an order around 8:30 and it’s been over an hour and still no pizza. I call the store and the girl on the phone says 3 drivers called out. I asked is there anything that they are doing for their customers because of the wait. She says no. I ask for the manager and she says she IS the manager. I then ask for an eta (remember it’s already over an hour late) she says it’s going to be another 45 minutes.

We ordered at 10:30 pm it’s 11:41 they claimed we never ordered after three of us calling back and being placed on hold the found our order and said hey didn’t know how long it would take . And we decided to go pick it up being it’s too late to eat somewhere else . Our order was 150.00 . To say I’m disappointed is the least !!! Do better . Treat your loyal customers better
