We called in for two pizzas. They were both raw and the manager said we didn’t ask for it well done. I didn’t realize I needed to do that for pizza…we explained I am pregnant and can’t eat raw Dough so they did remake them and give us a credit which was very nice. Lo and behold we go tonight and get home and our entire order was wrong. I call , the manager was extremely rude and argumentative. We have come here consistently since we moved here a year ago. You all have lost our business. We will be going to The Slice instead.

If I could give a -10 stars I would. After picking up our order and it being wrong, we called and were placed on hold for 17 minutes and then conveniently hung up on when we called back this local location and advised we did not want to hold because we had already been on hold for 17 minutes and then hung up on. We got a cocky response and hung up on again then when we attempted to try to call back, the phone was answered and nobody said hello. All we could hear were voices in the background. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life definitely will never go back to this locale, and highly doubt I would even eat another Domino’s Pizza because of this , I know in the realm of life nobody really cares but this rude behavior and terrible customer service was extremely disappointing. Oh, and by the way, the food sucked that night as well besides being wrong, it was poorly made. I would definitely not go to this location of Dominos.

Not that great service wise.. they try to push the menu when they have customers that know the menu. Young man he calls everybody boss told me a bold face lie about the 7.99 carry out deal I politely went outside an ordered online. Horrible customer service
