Fair warning, the geniuses here will argue that a caesar salad does not include caesar dressing, that if you don’t specify that you want caesar dressing with your caesar salad, it’s still a caesar salad. Happy to see they promote special needs employees to manager though.

My experience today was awful. I’m very disappointed. I placed an order for store pickup. Received a text stating that it would be ready in 10 min. I waited almost an hr before I left my home to go and get it. Got to the window and was handed part of my order. I told the gentleman that it wasn’t all of it. He asked for my receipt to check it then tells me I have to wait for it to be cooked. WHAT!!!! So of course I’m aggravated… and asked over and over to see the manager…HE WAS TOO BUSY I WAS TOLD! Asked again, “ma’am he won’t be able to talk to you he’s making dough” I just wished I hadn’t left home looking the way that I did because they would have seen my face!! RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service. Close the drive thru if you don’t have enough help. My pizza was cold after waiting 12 minutes at the drive thru. So I called in and ask was anyone working the window his response was we don’t have 18 people working here. At least acknowledge the people waiting at the window. Instead of ignoring them.

Ordered at 6:50 got my order at 8:40pm estimated delivery time was 37 minutes. Entire order was cold when I got it. Sauces and drinks were wrong. No liner was in the cheesy bread box so its a greasy mess. Was less than 5 miles from the store and made sure address was correct for delivery. Called the store and they offered an in store credit, not sure when ill be back in the area as I’m an otr truck driver. So in store credit does me no good. Phone etiquette is not what I have experienced at other dominos stores. Delivery driver was newer, but nice and professional, and apologized for the late delivery. I order pies all over the east coast and this is the first time ive felt the need to call the store about an issue ive had.

It’ a good place to eat when you don’t want to go any other place quick and easy right on the spot to fill a hungry belly. They also work fast to please you too. Delivery is fast also.I sent a order to two business places early this month, they delivered the orders so fast I couldn’ t believe it. I order from here frequently, as I have a a pretty big family, my food has always been FRESH! and prepared correctly (thank you by the way I have picky kids). I’ve only had one issue when ordering from this location, I got regular cheese bread instead of bacon jalapeno stuffed bread, but my husband called and apologized for being a hassle but that we received the wrong item and they RESENT someone out to us with the correct bread. I ordered pizza from this location to be delivered to Spring Hill Suites on 6/18 and I used the tracker on my phone and saw that the order had been delivered. I looked out my door where it was supposed to be and it was not there! I checked the desk and it was not there. So I called the restaurant and the manager stated that the driver left it at door 207 not 216 as per my order request!!! The manger told me to go check door 207 to see if the pizza was there!!!! Why should I have to check when your driver made the mistake! Then he had the nerve to say “I don’t know what to tell you” and laughed. Needless to say I never got my pizza and I lost 24 dollars that I spent on a pizza I never got. He never offered a refund or apologized. Poor customer service!!! Don”t order here!! They have poor customer service!
