I have probably given this place more business than any single man should in the last 8 months. Busy life. I have now had probably 3 orders never show up, despite the app saying it’s “delivered”. Each time, I’ve politely called and told them, they’ve sent the order back out. Today, had the same thing happen. Called, said they’d send it. Never showed up. Called a SECOND time, said they’d resend it. NOT ONE PERSON ON ANY OF THESE INSTANCES HAS EVER APOLOGIZED!! C’mon people, that’s ridiculous. I find that actually insulting. I’ve never been rude to the person, not a hint. It’s probably a symptom of a greater American problem, but apologizing to customers when you actually screw up is a given.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This location stinks. I keep trying it every few months in the hope it will be at least respectable, but no, each time, they seem to have perfected the art of snatching defeat from the jaws of sucess. Ordered @ 4:30 for a 6:00 delivery. What could go wrong??? Well, didn’t deliver the wings that were charged, no bacon on pizza as ordered, and I struggled to find any cheese on the pizza on an order with extra cheese. Ok. Deliverd 25 min late & was cold. I have to ask myself, how hard is it to get a pizza order, right? Clearly, it’s more complicated than landing on Mars. Never again, guys.

Four months ago it took our food more than two hours to arrive. We switched to Papa John’s. Tonight we thought we’d try again because we like the chocolate volcano dessert. Placed the order at 7:30 and the food arrived at 10:30. I tried calling twice to cancel the order but was in the queue for 15 minutes. The food was soggy and room temperature. I am not ordering Domino’s again.

I like dominos for the gluten free option, and I usually create what could be an amazing buffalo chicken spinach pizza, but dominos seems to forget the hot sauce that I pay for 80% of the time, and when they do remember to put the hot sauce on, they nefariously drench it in hot sauce, all the while only having a piece of chicken per slice and burnt crust. Here are a few pictures of the evil doing from someone who obviously was spiteful of customers that give this company their hard earned money.

Had an awful experience. Ordered a pizza with my loyalty points. Pizza was just sitting in the store for an hour before I called and asked about why it hadn’t left yet. The manager Samantha said that she had made it and that I would have to wait as there were 6 other orders ahead of me. So I could wait of they could cancel. I said to just cancel because I didn’t want cold pizza. I was told that she would refund the cost and deliver a freshly made pizza for free. I said that is fine as long as the pizza won’t be waiting another hour. An hour later the driver pulls up with the pizza and the void slip. The pizza had yeast bubbles on it and little to no toppings. It was also cold like it was the first pizza that they had made and not a remake. I will not be ordering from Domino’s again.

Please like our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. Several employees offered to help me the moment we stepped in the door. Sonya was the one who helped me finalize payment. She was extremely efficient, polite, and friendly. Another staff had ordered Chinese takeout. Just as we were leaving we witnessed an employee recieve her Chinese takeout bag and set it right in the middle of the metal rack where our pizzas were made. I really really wanted to give 5 stars because everyone was working so diligently except for the employee who was introducing food containers from another restaurant into the cleanest area of this one. She was oblivious to all of the customers sitting there watching as she heated up her food in the pizza oven and then was sipping her drink in the food prep area as well. My husband and I were baffled. Maybe this is a rare occurence but a takeout bag which passed hands several times and rode in someone’s car should never be set in a food prep area. Our kids love the observation glass so we can watch the entire pizza making process. We were not so excited this time but hopefully in the future, employees will be a little more conscientious of who is observing and be a little more cautious with the prep area.Everything else was great. Kids were so happy. Thank you Sonya and others who made this a great experience!

Ordered a pizza while at work. When it came was burnt called to get another pizza. Employee on the phone was rude and said I was lying that they don’t send out bad pizzas. And I should of called as soon as I got the pizza not an hour later. Advised her I was working and that’s when the attitude came out. Glad I’m only here on vacation will never order from here again
