Really a 2.5… I ordered a medium pizza with steak and banana peppers and added the “Extra” steak option and this is what I got… WHAT A JOKE! I think they need to have a sign on what the word extra means. (I hate 1 slice prior to writing this review.) Pizza was still decently warm when I picked it up at the store

I order 2 marinara sauce for my cheese bread amd those were never delivered. After waiting 10 mins on the phone, I finally got in touch with someone who said the driver will bring them out. They never showed up. Pretty great paying extra $$$ for something that never shows.

Got there like 2 minutes before my order was ready get the notification its done and then someone comes out saying your gonna have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for you order cause we messed up wait and get my order to leave then didn’t realize they gave me a coke instead of Dr pepper and no compensation to be offered and waiting a ridiculous time for phone to be answered 30 minutes on the phone for someone to answer as I’m writing this review

Stingy with sauces and toppings… late 3 times recently by an hour or more. Latest by an hour and forty minutes. They have a hard time following directions (“next to the building” apparently can mean either a quarter mile away OR next to the building). Without warning, came with the wrong drink once. Forgot my sauces the next time. Don’t know how to slice a pizza, it often looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I have three free pizzas from them being late so far, but I am not sure if I actually want to redeem them anymore. I keep giving second chances and getting screwed because of it.

Multiple times I’ve waited around 2 hours for pizza to arrive. Consistently it also arrived burnt and one time not even cut. The wait alone warrants a refund but they offer coupons. Twice I’ve ordered beverages and both times they’ve forgotten. The only reason I’ve ordered more than once is the grocery stores are ransacked and they’re the only place that delivers.

The delivery wasn’t to long. However, the ingredients didn’t taste very fresh and my pizza wasn’t hot. It was closer to being cold than hot. Not really warm either. Parts of it was warm but most of it was cold. Kind of hard to explain, but I hope you all get the point. I wasn’t expecting perfect, but was hoping to have hot pizza. Some people like cold pizza, as do I. However, I don’t like cold pizza for delivery. As for the ingredients, maybe I got the bottom of the container. I’ve ordered from this store before and the pizza was a lot better. Maybe they just had a bad night.
