Yeah that’s a hair on my wings, it’s easy to see since there no sauce really to cover it. It stated 39-49 minutes for delivery. An hour and 40 minutes later it showed up cold. I called the store because this is kinda ridiculous after spending $40. Whoever answered was rude out the gate, told me they only have two drivers, okay well accurately notate that on the app so we know our food will take almost two hours. I wouldn’t have even ordered if I had known ahead of time. Then said “you got the wings?” All aggressive like I’m trying to swindle them out of more wings. His resolution was he would remake the wings if I brought back the ones from my order and picked up the new ones myself and I quote “we ain’t refunding the whole order so do what you gotta do” after I said I’m not driving to the store. The lack of drivers isn’t the problem entirely, I ordered at 7pm, my order was prepared at 7:09 and wasn’t even put in the oven to bake until nearly 8pm. And then I don’t get it until 8:40. Poor customer service and poor quality, don’t waste your time or money. It’s not worth it from this location.

Was super busy when i placed my order, so it took a bit to get it, however that’s no one’s fault. And to be fair, it was late and memorial day weekend when i placed the order. The staff was super nice and communicative though. Pizza was also pretty good

Their food and customer service has gone downhill over the last 3 years, with constant excuses of ‘not enough staff’ or ‘not enough drivers’ Hire more people. The recent ‘outbreak’ has served as an excuse to cut back on staff.

Cannot deliver to my neighborhood after dark. Not my problem. The other big pizza delivery place did. Never have to order from dominoes ever again. I like papa’s better anyways. Lost another customer. Should just close the doors.

Placed an order about 15 minutes before closing for delivery to the hospital I am working at for my lunch only to receive a notification that my order was canceled. There was no communication or anything so I missed out on other options due to this. If delivery is not available until closing time then the hours should be adjusted or posted that you do not receive orders past a certain time because it’s very misleading. Normally I don’t place orders last minute before closing but I had a really bad pregnancy craving come out of nowhere for some pizza and dessert which unfortunately will have to wait but if you could please post the cutoff hours for delivery I would appreciate it so hopefully next time my order won’t be canceled and I won’t have to wait for days for a refund.

The pizza was hot right out the oven. I was a bit aggravated when I pulled into the parking lot as one of there driver almost hit me because she didn’t even look before backing up. That all went away when I go in. There were only 3 people in there everyone else was out on a delivery. All three employees spoke to me and made sure I was taken care of and as each driver come back they also checked to make sure I had been helped. What a great team they have working there.

I always order online for pickup only so this review isn’t rating their delivery. I really like this domino’s store on wynnton road. 9 out of 10 pizzas I order are on point and hot when I pick them up. $7.99 for a 3 topping carryout that’s actually tasty makes dominos the best bang for the buck and I usually place two orders a week at this location. Good job guys!
