If I could leave no stars, I would. My pizza looks like it got a facial by Sweet Baby Ray himself before getting tossed in a dryer on the tumble setting. THIS is acceptable? Called to complain just for the assistant manager to say “That’s how they always look, you can order another one but it’ll look the same”. OH REALLY? Is that what corporate would say? 🙂 Because we’ve ordered it before and it’s never been like this. What even is this? It’s so soggy you can’t eat it. Then they said they’d send another pizza which was never received, so that’s the end of my business here. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I have been ordering from this place for years and over the last few years it has just gotten worse and worse. I’m done giving them my business. The final straw? I received a pizza with NO CHEESE on it. Seriously?! How do you forget to put cheese on a PIZZA?! That’s it for me. Never again.

Great pizza’s new manager got the place up and running like it should be. Everybody’s polite treats everybody like they want to be treated. We’re not number one because. Of the pizza we’re number one custom cuz of our loyalty service customer service integrity. We have all that in the new boss and everything has been perfect.

We order from this dominos atleast once a week and they’re normally amazing for pickup and delivery but the 3-5 times our breadsticks have been way underdone, pretty much dough. Idk if they can’t recipes recently or what.

Placed in order the wait time said 20-30 minutes. After waiting an hour. Called and talked to Trevor who was rude and unhappy. And ultimately said I was being hostile and hung up on me. My one pizza arrived 1 hour and 34 minutes later. This place is a joke. And so is the “manager” Trevor

Estimated pick up time algorithm needs to be updated to accurately reflect and respect my time. I arrived at the end of the pick up window to be told that I still had another 30-40 minutes to wait. I have zero issue with the order taking a large amount of time on a firday night, I have a huge issue with being told a window for pickup, only to be told that my wait was more than double.
