Ordered a thin n crispy Wisconsin cheese pizza online at 5:53pm on a Saturday! Figured it would be a long wait on a weekend…Nope!! They texted (tracking) and it ARRIVED in exactly 30 minutes! Took over an hour for them to deliver a completely different order. We ordered pizza. They tried to deliver pasta and dessert. We tracked the delivery person as they left the shop and went the opposite direction. Thoroughly unimpressed. As a business owner I would have hoped they would have put more effort into ensuring things were right.

I placed an order online for cash. They show up promptly after stating they called to inform me they can’t accept my bill. Which they did not. The poor driver trying to call his manager WHO WILL NOT ANSWER. I call the store 10 times. No answer. We’re trying to pay with my card over the phone. How am I to receive the pizza if they don’t answer for payment? This takes place over about 7-10 minutes. I denied the pizzas. This place is ridiculous. The other day I placed an order for carry out. Went when it was ready saw it placed on the shelf. Waited almost 20 minutes while the poor cashier dealt with another customer who was placing orders for today and multiple days in advance?! She was trying coupons and -5$ cards the pizza was for other people who’d be paying the day they pick up etc. It was agonizing watching the cashier walk away to ask the manager who could care less about the situation for a solution. What she should have done was take over and have the cashier help other guest. ME. Was not acknowledged by any associate nor the manager. The lady finally gave up and wasn’t served completely either walked outside to figure something out. THANKFULLY. I walk back in get my pizza in 5secs because it was already paid for and am on my way. That pizza was great. The service on the other hand is TERRIBLE. Find another pizza joint because this place is going down down down.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but because can’t 1 will this place is so unprofessional and they have thieves working there I placed an order on July 7 and I tipped my driver cash he goes behind me back and adds himself another tip on top of what I crave him!!!!! The disrespect!!! When I called only one person helped me get my money back the attitude at this place is atrocious please do not shop here try another store bmthey literally just lost there best customer!!

Megan was helping at the front as her manager was on the make line and I ordered a somewhat difficult order. She took my order and was extremely helpful at finding solutions for what they didn’t have available. She then made my order and communicated to the other employees to ensure it was completed properly at the cut table. 1000% then best experience I have had at a domino’s in over 10 years. The food was absolutely amazing for Domino’s. And on top of that her DM was there and her manager was busy with the DM, phones were ringing and she was juggling everything well. Thank you to the drivers that stepped in as well! So friendly all around but the food was awesome! Thank you!

I clicked saying I was here but when I came in NO ONE even said so much as hello or tried to see why I was there. I had to ask the the young man who came to pick up his deliveries for help. When we got our food home we discovered the cheese on 1 sandwich was burnt, my veggie sandwich was a chicken sandwich and 2 of the 3 sandwiches weren’t even cut through and the pizza looked good but was cold and yes I checked the sticker on the boxes to make sure it was mine. This was unacceptable!

We were on vacation and both times we ordered the driver got lost, called and expected me to tell him how to get to my address (I’m from out of state), and wound up being 10 to 15 min later than expected. Oneentioned his app was not working properly, maybe that needs updated. The pizzas, chicken bites and garlic breads were delicious however one pizza out of 3 were not completely cut as shown in the picture. The first driver was very nice, the 2nd not so much because apparently it was our fault he couldn’t find our condo.

Ordering two pizzas apparently they sent me two pools of oil, I paid 50 dollars for oil my family and I could not enjoy the pizza as a normal pizza was supposed to be, it was full, I ate three bites and I had reflux definitely this service was lousy
