Staying by the river in Jacksonville, Fl. Found this awesome place called The Southern grill. Definitely try this food I’ve eaten here three times this week alone. Have eaten the pulled pork, the pulled pork and Brewster platter, and the bill rice beans and sausage, all awesome dishes well worth the price and best yet 8 million the food tastes great. There were three pieces of sausage but I ate two.

Rhett and David are both great! Service here has always been great across the board. You save money by ordering on line but that is not the locations fault, unfortunately corporate wants ALL orders done online! Anyway, the food has always been as ordered and is hot! Great folks here now!

I called on Mother’s Day to place an order for my family so my daughter in law wouldn’t need to cook. I verified with the employee taking the order they did in fact deliver to their address. I placed the order 4 hours in advance and included a $15 tip to insure prompt delivery. I was called by a very sarcastic female 15 minutes in advance of expected delivery to inform me they don’t deliver that far (3.7 miles) She was very rude the entire conversation. I told her you don’t need to be such a B about it. Her response..yes you are… referring to being a B.

Rude rude rude female manager. Our food hadn’t even been prepared, let alone cooked and ready at the time we were told to pick it up. They weren’t even busy, and had 3 employees doing a whole lot of standing around. I’ll never go back. Too many other pizza joints that make a far superior product.

I really like this domino’s. Honestly, I do no go to any other. Besides being conveniently locate dear my home, my food is always fresh, steaming hot, and ready in a timely fashion. Everyone is always cordial. I have had any issues with this particular establishment since starting to go there. Thank you for being one of the few great pizza joints left!

Ordered Domino’s for Delivery after getting into Downtown late after a flight delay. Seemed like an easy/quick option. My delivery did not arrive for a full 1.5 hours and zero updates were given on when I could expect my order. I called the store to check my order status and was put on hold for over 5 minutes, so I hung up. I tried to track my order online and follow the driver on the map but it took him a full 40 minutes to get me my order when the drive should be around 10-15 minutes. I was then given the insulting 20% off coupon that expires in a week as way of an apology. As if I’ll be getting Domino’s that quickly again and 20% off is a horrible offer for horrendous service.

This is the best Domino’s in Northeast Florida. They make the best Cinnamon Twists in the country. They should be teaching every other Domino’s franchise in the country how to make them.

Ordered my pizza, watched the pizza tracker, watched the delivery person drive right by my apartment (shined a flashlight on the building number), and then mark my pizza as delivered. Nope, still hungry, tried called the location twice, no answer. Offer from corporate for a free pizza doesn’t curb my hunger now.

A summer, Saturday evening, the sun is just beginning to set on San Jose as I pull into the Domino’s parking lot, now bathed in golden light. My takeout order is ready by account of my online tracker, and as I’m walking into the storefront, my favorite song is playing on the car stereo, a little anticipatory skip in my step. One of the location’s drivers exits the front door, laden with a delivery of fresh pies, reports, “Driver out!” to his fellow coworkers, and greets me with a smile. “How are you this evening, sir?” he kindly asks. “I’m wonderful my friend, thank you so much for asking, and you?” I respond, unexpectedly pleased by the welcoming greeting of an employee that sincerely need not have done so. “I’m great, sir, and I hope we are able to make your evening even better!”. I bashfully chuckle, simply awestruck by the level of courteousness on display. “You surely will, sir!”. I enter, and the two gentlemen working the front registers greet me with an equally friendly demeanor—efficient, kind, and on top of their game, the man who handed me the pizza ensured me it was the best one I’d have all week! I couldn’t help but beam with gladness as I returned to my vehicle, having felt like I experienced something truly special and unique—a step back in time to when people truly cared about their fellow man. The driver, now loading his delivery vehicle, turned to me once more as to wish me well, and for safe travels, which truly encapsulated the blissful experience I’ve had the pleasure of sharing with you all. As for the pizza, I must concede, the gentleman was right, it was undoubtedly a work of art, perfect in every way, the taste, smell, texture, temperature—absolutely divine! I now have the desire to work there, simply to partake in the finely-tuned, charismatic atmosphere—where effort, attention to detail, and benevolence are valued and practiced daily! Thank you, Domino’s!
