Ordered on a Thursday night and although I had to wait over an hour, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They even offered to upgrade me for the wait but I insisted that it was okay. Once the food arrived it was very fresh and tasted delicious. I think it was worth the wait!

The food was coated in so much grease and the cheesy tots were stuck together and and even though it was supposed to be a contactless delivery, the driver knocked on the door waking up the whole house. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again. The food has steadily gone downhill.

Had a very poor experience. I ordered online for delivery last night; it was Friday so I anticipated slightly longer than average delivery time (online estimate said 63-73 minutes) After an hour and 20 minutes and no food , I noticed the order tracker online hadn’t moved from “prep” so I decided to call. It took 15 minutes holding on the phone before someone finally answered and told me… they hadn’t even begun my order yet! I understand being busy on a rainy weekend, but some communication to the customer would have been nice. We had to change our plans for the evening because of the long wait and no food at the end of it. The young lady who answered the phone was apologetic, but waiting nearly an hour and a half to learn your order hasn’t even made it to the kitchen is unacceptable!

First of all I tried ordering the mix and match 2 for 6.99, but found out the wings are not apart of that now because they now do 8 wings rather than 6. I ordered anyway the parmesean ranch wings. Definitely not what the pic looks like. They were only wi gs cooked with some mostly thick ranch dressing layer on top. The pizza had hardly any sauce. It was so bad the points you get are not even worth using.
